Stayed one night while hiking Hadrian's wall path. Really nice place to stay, the room was warm and comfortable and the cooked breakfast in the morning was great. The gentleman who runs the place is fantastic host, very friendly and welcoming and even drove me back to the Wall path in the morning which was very appreciated.

The owners were probably the nicest people Ive ever met! They greated me with coffee and after a very long day of hiking they drove me to the local pub for dinner as well as picked me up after! They made the best packed lunch for my hike before leaving, and cooked me anything I asked for breakfast! Also great people just to talk with!
