Our hosts were incredible. They were extremely responsive to messages and since we were walking the Wall they offered to come and pick us up from the Twice Brewed pub after dinner and then drop us back off at the trail in the morning (without charge). Made us a great full English breakfast as well as fruit salad, cereals etc. The farm house itself has some excellent facilities, including a pool table and a cinema room. Easily the best value place we stayed on the Hadrian's Wall path (and the cheapest).

Sean was an excellent host. We saved their spot to our favorites if we come back to the area we will stay again and for longer. One of the best full English I’ve had.

Very good breakfast and very nice hosts. Close to Hadrian's Wall.
Peeling and mildew on windows and shower, dirty floors and hall rugs. Insufficient light for reading or places to put suitcases. Hostel feel. Very dangerous road hilltop to get to it. Thought it was a working farm and it wasn't and was kind of junky outside.
