It was in a nice area.
It was a little run down- the shower in our room wasn’t very good at all but the bedroom was fine and bed clean and comfortable.

Very nice welcome and large, comfy room. We found it very quiet. I can't put my finger on why but best night's sleep I've had for ages! Lovely breakfast too.

This was a stop over for us on the way to Scotland. Our room was huge and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet even though it is above the bar and restaurant.
A 5pm check-in was a bit later than usual and there is no early check in or wait in the bar as the pub doesn't open until 5pm. The meals were very basic and a bit expensive for what they were.
