Very friendly and helpful staff and very dog friendly. The stay was great value for money. Breakfast was fabulous and we ate in the restaurant both nights of our stay and very much enjoyed it. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable.

The view.
That they put a vase of fake flowers in front of the view in my bedroom. From when I worked there myself many years ago, the soul has been removed from this great old hotel, replaced by the aroma of airwick freshener which overpowered the accomodation, and cane lovehearts repelling any locals away.

The hotel was comfortable, well furnished and decorated, as was my room. Food was good. Hosts and staff were brilliant - warmly welcoming, friendly, nothing too much trouble. Wonderful location. A great stay!
Nothing really.

Good view from room. Parking on site. Staff are trying hard.
Hotel had constant smell from cleaning materials. Catering could be better. A bit remote on main road.
