El olor del baño.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und weitläufig. Der Garten und Pool sind sehr schön angelegt. Wir kamen spät an und wurden für eine Nacht in einer Suite untergebracht. Diese war riesig, mit Sauna, großer Dusche, Whirpoolbadewanne und Küche. Anschließend sind wir in unser gebuchtes Familienzimmer umgezogen. Das lag im Bungalow mit einem separaten Schlafzimmer. Man ist schnell am Campuhan Ridge Walk. In der Nähe sind Warungs und Supermärkte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief komplikationslos über WhatsApp. Wir haben Tipps für Ausflüge und zum Zimmer bekommen und haben den Wäscheservice genutzt.

Ich hätte die Information, dass wir noch einmal umziehen müssen, gern früher bekommen. Sowohl Badewanne als auch Dusche im Familienzimmer waren beschädigt, so dass Wasser aus dem Boden gelaufen ist. Das Badezimmer könnte eine Renovierung vertragen.

This place is incredible!!!! An absolute hidden gem absolutely amazing, the staff are wonderful the grounds and location are gorgeous. I would 10000% recommend and love to stay again!

Lovely massive grounds this place is set on, with a big waterfall next door. Ginormous pool. There is a 737 aeroplane that can be booked to stay in.

Our 'Family Room' was run down. There is a massive crack in the bath tub making it unusable, and a massive crack in the shower pan, which is still useable, but a pretty bad smell coming from it (I suspect there is mould growing under the crack). The room was cheap, so I don't expect things to be perfect, but the shower pan was not OK.
