Great room, and located close to everything

Property is located close to the monkey forest, has private parking, and lovely hosts. Room is well maintained and bathroom is large and well lit.

A couple bars on the street which tend to have live music, so it can be somewhat noisy until later in the evening. For me it was easily manageable.

Perfect place to stay!!

Feel like home!! Close to many shops and restaurants.. May feel little difficult to find the house but exactly center of Ubud and near to monkey forest.. walking distance.. breakfast is good…especially their 2 cute lil puppies..!! Friendly people..

Great hosts, amazing property very close to center

We loved our stay here. The property is close to the main street with plenty of restaurants and cafes but also shielded from the noise. It is very clean and comfortable. There was housekeeping everyday. We didn't have any creepy crawlies in the room. We worked from here for 2 weeks and the wifi was pretty good, we were able to work comfortably. Penny provided us delicious breakfast everyday and she went out of her way to give us some amazing Balinese sweets and cakes!! She even arranged a free dinner for us. They even have a cute puppy called chocky..who is very very sweet. We loved every minute here and look forward to staying here again!

Incredible!!

Everything was amazing. The hosts were so kind, offered to make me Balinese rice on my first night and in the morning she prepared the most delicious Balinese pancakes. The room itself was extremely clean and so well located in the centre of Ubud so really easy to get around.

Just that there’s a few mosquitos around because of the trees but that is expected in Bali

Breakfast was well served. The host family were friendly and there was a scooter rental available with an affordable price. The environment is green. The location is close to many restaurants and tourist attractions.

Brand new delight!

This accommodation appears to be brand new! Located right off of a busy tourist in Ubud, you can walk out to the main street and find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Everything is very clean. Although the room is what some may consider smaller, it is more than enough space for the two of us. You get a large comfy bed and a desk as well as the mini fridge and shelf space for any luggage you may have. The ceiling over the bed is recessed with lighting inside. THIS PLACE HAS AN AMAZING AMOUNT OF POWER OUTLETS! (2 on each side of the bed. I wish every place had this. Bathroom is gorgeous with a skylight over the shower. AC unit is brand new and blows cold. Included breakfast was delicious, we had veggie omelettes and banana pancakes. Wi-Fi is good, but doesn't reach the bathroom. The only unfortunate thing about this stay was that we only booked for one night!

I strongly recommend it!

Everything was perfect and at the top. I was really pleased to meet the family. Otherwise, it will not be my first stay as I'm looking for coming back again. Noni was a kind, very trustful lady who made our stay very comfortable. Thank you so much for your kindness and your good heart ❤️. I forgot to mention that I forgot some branded makeup which I bought it from free shop and she sent a message to tell me about my missed items.

Perfect stay in Ubud! We only stayed 1 night, but when we ever return to Ubud, definitely will stay in Kope House again! The room looks brand new and was very clean, same for the bathroom. The bed was so comfy and there is also a mini fridge. The location is great. In the centre of Ubud, but it's very quiet and peaceful in the garden behind the house of the family, very cute. The breakfast was so good, definitely the best we had in our 3 weeks in Indonesia. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend this stay (definitely for this price)!

Lovely breakfast brought to the balcony. Good location, only a 10 minute walk from the main town and outside of the main busyness of the town. Really clean, well looked after and the hosts are really friendly and accommodating. Can organise renting a motorbike, tours or activities that you would like to do in the area along with information.

Ich würde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Die Besitzer der Unterkunft waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt, es war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist wirklich top, viele Attraktionen wie z.B der Affenwald sind zu fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Als wir früh morgens gehen mussten und nicht mehr frühstücken konnten hat uns die Besitzerin sogar ein Lunchpaket gerichtet.

Wegen den Bars in der Nähe kann es nachts laut sein. Uns hat das nicht gestört aber die Musik ist nicht zu überhören.

Zeker een aanrader!

De kamer was netjes en schoon en zag eruit zoals op de foto’s. De eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is ideaal, op loopafstand van veel leuke restaurants en winkels, maar toch in een rustig steegje. Tot 23:00 hoor je muziek van een bar in de buurt, maar om stipt 23:00 stopt dit iedere avond. Ontbijt was simpel maar erg lekker. Je krijgt echt waar voor je geld.

Enige minpunt was de isolatie van de deur, er bleef een kiertje open als je hem sloot. Maar dit is denk ik bij het merendeel van de accomodaties op Bali zo.

Pulizia della camera, bagno molto Grande e con una bellissima doccia. Letto comodo. Colazione varia che viene consegnata direttamente in veranda e grande cortesia e disponibilita da parte dei proprietari

Wifi rivedibile, mancano appendini sia in camera che in bagno. Si sente la musica di sera dal locale vicino ma poi a mezzanotte silenzio assoluto

tutto è andato bene

Posizione ottima nel centro di una delle due vie centrali di Ubud (anzi direi di quella più carina anche da girare la sera). Camera pulita, bagno buono, colazione buona e abbastanza varia anche se migliorabile. Famiglia cordiale.

Non ci sono lampade per leggere da letto. Totale assenza di appendini per gli asciugamani del bagno. Abbiamo usato un bastone nell'armadio per farlo.
