Room, grounds, staff and breakfast was fantastic. A very peaceful stay.
Disappointing not to see a water refill in the hotel, the only time we did not have the facility in 14 different hotels. They gave us two small bottles a day.
Hated the fact that we had to buy plastic bottles and leave so many in the bin.
Surely a refill would make better financial sense as well?

The traditional style of the hotel design and gardens is so welcoming. The rooms are large with a nice big bathroom. Bed is firm yet comfortable still and the staff are so friendly. Breakfast is huge and keeps you going till lunch.
Only that I couldn’t stay longer.

What I liked most was the property itself, it's really nice. The location is great too, it's centrally located and close to the Monkey Forest. It's a really quiet spot, you can't hear any street noise at all. There's a pool and a lovely garden. Breakfast was good, with several options to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable, they cleaned it, changed the towels and left water bottles every day. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
