Absolutely fantastic, perfect location, excellent value for money!

Breakfast was beautiful, a limited choice, but plenty of food cooked to perfection, and made fresh to order. Amazing considering the price. The room was clean with a large comfortable bed, a safe, plenty of storage and shower/toilet facilities all in working order. The location was perfect on the edge of the forest for seeing monkey families every morning walking through the gardens and on the roof!

We should have booked a room with air-con, though the fan was adequate. Needed to buy some incense to keep the bugs away on the balcony. Would have been even better if incense was provided. Wifi was adequate for us, but did not always get a good signal in the room which was on the edge of the complex.

A beautiful place, with well-kept gardens and a warm atmosphere.

The breakfast has few options to choose from, because the kitchen is small and it's probably hard to make more dishes. It's not a restaurant but a small, but beautiful terrace. On the other hand, it's tasty and I liked it. The rooms are large, spacious, clean and some of them are in traditional style. One of the rooms has a bathtub practically outside, the bathroom is open. The resort is in the central area and it's easy to get to many places of interest, even on foot. They helped me rent a scooter at a decent and safe price and they also helped me find a local guide to show me the most interesting places in Bali.

Sometimes, monkeys appear in the resort in the morning and it was important not to leave things out on the terrace. One day they took a pack of cigarettes from me. But it's also interesting to see them so close. It was like being in the Monkey Forest.

Good value property (deluxe or superior rooms) in central Ubud.

Deluxe king room very clean and comfortable. Beautiful gardens. Nice pool (but in the shade in the afternoon). Set far back from the street, so relatively quiet. Central Ubud location convenient for many local attractions and restaurants.

The included breakfast is limited and so-so but adequate. Located on a frenetically crowded and noisy street. Loud live music from nearby bars (but fortunately ends relatively early).

Been staying at Ubud Bungalow for years. Never disappointing. Friendly staff. Clean property. Quiet. Feels like coming home each time. The location is excellent right off Monkey Forest. Five stars.

Great for a short stay.

Spacious bedroom. Air conditioned. Breakfast included. Very helpful when I got knocked down by a motorbike and was injured. Nice pool. Somewhere to sit and read etc before transferring to the airport.

Amazing location and very large rooms. Bungalows have such pretty Balinese decoration outside and beautiful walkways around property. Pool is very good.

It didn’t bother us but until 10pm the streets and hotels next door are very loud so if you have young children that’s something to consider. But it was quiet by 10pm.

A lovely little oasis near the monkey forest.

The pool was great and the property itself is gorgeous. The breakfast was simple but good. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Even though there was no AC, the fan was sufficient at night.

The room was quite large so it was strange that there was nowhere to sit besides the bed. Would have been great to have at least a chair in the room.

The location was great! Walk down to the Monkey Forest, up the road to Ubud Palace and lots of restaurants, bars and spas within waking distance. We walked about 20mins to Merlin’s Magic restaurant, amazing night, very well worth booking dinner here! One morning we had monkeys come through the pool area, very funny, and the staff moved them on quickly with no fuss. Breakfast was delicious with banana pancakes, fresh fruit and juice every morning being my pick.

The property is located in the heart of ubud city centre and it is a walking distance from the ubud palace. The staffs of the hotel are well behaved and are very professional and provides service with politeness.

1. The WiFi of the property is too slow and the pages will not connect sometimes. Also the WiFi does not works in the breakfast area , The main gate lobby or the swimming pool area. This is a prime disadvantage. 2.The other issue is with the breakfast served in this property. The breakfast has only few options to choose and you can choose only 1 item among the options given to you and a completely drink or fruit or dessert. They need to improve the options served in the breakfast. 3. We took a delux room which included a balcony with chairs to seat in the balcony. However the rooms lagged some essential amenities such as hair dryer, slippers , study table, hygiene kit etc. 4. The bathroom also lagged some amenities such as the shower. They have given only one shower which is also used both as bath and hand shower. No shower caps are provided in the washroom and no bathroom mat was there to absorb the spilled water outside the bathroom.

Little haven of peace

The swimming pool is so pleasant and the rooms are so clean and comfy. I appreciate the beautiful mirror above the sink. Great location and good breakfast (you have to choose one dish). I was glad that the staff was so welcoming and helpful ☺️.

As a family, we truly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was wonderful — the location, the breakfast, the pool, and the rooms. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time right in the heart of the city.

The only issue was that the internet wasn’t working for three days until they fixed it. Apparently, the monkeys had a feast on the cables!:)

Excellent location right in the heart of UBud. Loved the late checkout option giving me an extra full day. Exceedingly clean. They sweep the grass 3 times a day. The venue for the breakfast is beautiful and enabled me a solo travel to meet other travellers.

I would have liked a Window to be able to look over the garden, but then the balinese doors are lovely. A kettle in the room would have been great.

Very comfortable stay, excellent value for money

The location is very central and easy to get around from. The grounds are beautiful. I was given the choice of a top floor or ground floor room and I went for ground floor to have the outdoor shower, which was a great touch. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was yummy - have the pancakes! Very comfy beds, I slept really well.

The room was quite basic, no frills. It could be a bit noisy with a bar/restaurant nearby, but it wasn’t too much of a problem.

Great place to stay in ubud

I got the deluxe room, upstairs with the balcony, first building (seemed newer than the others). It was super comfortable, good bed, a/c. I found myself wanting to enjoy more the hotel - ubud can be a bit chaotic, and was very happy Whenever I was back. The breakfast is also very good, tried all the options. The place is very well cared for, pool was delicious and everyone was very polite. Localization was good, walking distance to grand palace and market, lots of restaurants and bars to go to at night walking distance.

Amenities, they had only soap. Could have at least shampoo. Bed sheet and towels are not new, but were still good.
