Pleasant
Really well located, a short walk to many cafes, bakeries, restaurants and the monkey forest. Everything was newly fitted inside, TV worked well and wifi signal was good except in the evening. The family who run the place are really nice.
Might be an issue unique to our room (101) but the bathroom window gives a direct view from the second floor of the building next door into where you shower. Bad ventilation / no extraction fan in the bathroom also causes a few damp issues in the room.

Great stay!
Central location in Ubud, but away from traffic and street noises. The room was spacious, had air conditioning and even a balcony for us. We decided to have breakfast here and it was always good and prepared on time. The lady who manages the guesthouse was very nice and kind!
The double room is meant to be for 2/3 people and it has just one bed. If you need an extra bed you have to pay.

Nice room, unkempt grounds
Room was big and clean. It was,new. Everything worked as it should, there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast was good as was the location
The shower kept the bathroom floor wet for most of the day. The surrounding area was unkempt. A lot of crap stored around the grounds detracting from the experience.

La primera impresión puede parecer un poco mala ya que había obras y entrabas en una casa familiar. Después te sorprendes por las instalaciones modernas de las habitaciones, aire, camas cómodas, agua caliente, tetera, TV…. Es un hotel familiar, modesto y que toda la familia está implicada en su funcionamiento.
La ducha y el baño están muy juntos y no tiene una separación

Séjour magnifique, parfait à tous niveaux!
Candri est une hote adorable, souriante et toujours prête pour nous aider! Sa maison est très belle, bien entretenue et ses petits déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux! Le rapport qualité/prix est exceptionnel ! On s’est senti comme à la maison! Petit plus : nous sommes dans le centre mais dans une ruelle au calme, encore mieux!
