ARTOTEL Haniman Ubud

I really loved this place! It was even better than I expected! It's located in central Ubud, withing walking distance from all important places in the town. It's clean, it's spacious, it's modern. The staff was super friendly and respectful. I appreciated their help throughout the stay, their openness to accommodate my needs and the good atmosphere they created. The breakfast was also great!

Nothing to write here, this is a very very nice place, and the people running it are lovely!

The staff and facilities were excellent. The hotel is a 20 min walk from the city center.

As soon as we arrived the staff were so welcoming. Every single staff member was so kind we couldn’t believe it they all had a smile on their face. Same goes for the flock next door they were so kind. Staff were all so helpful there was great communication I just asked reception or messaged on WhatsApp if we needed anything and they helped straight away. The room was clean and big. The cleaning staff left us lovely notes and always did a great job on cleaning the room. Great location we could walk to everywhere we needed to be.

Only bad thing was the fridge was not cold. Besides that everything was perfect

Firstly the communication, prior to our stay we were told about on going road works outside the hotel which could cause minor disruption, this was a great little touch as it allowed us to let our driver know in advance. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The rooms were lovely, as the name of the hotel suggests there is a real emphasis on art. Shout out to Putu who was our driver for a day, excellent service, safe driving and shared so much local knowledge, he is an absolute star. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, also the yoga barn which is lovely.
