The room was in excellent condition, super clean, small but well organized and very comfortable

They should pit up a sower curtain in the washroom and a few racks to hang up towels. Breakfast is not much. However, despite these minor points, overall very good place.

Ubud at its best

I stayed 10 days and I enjoyed every moment! Super clean spacious room, modern and traditional, fast WiFi, great location in the center yet in a very quite street off the main road. Excellent breakfast. And the best was the friendliness of the locals that look after you and make sure you enjoy your stay. Highly highly recommended!!!

- Wonderful location - close to almost all famous place in Bali. I love all small and boutique shops around the homestay. Had very good walk - Peaceful - close to street but you will not notice any noises. Even woke up with bird singing. - Great and nutritious breakfast - changed by day - All in all, the host is so so friendly. You will feel you're living with a traditional Balinese family - way to know Balinese tradition.

With this affordable price, I don't find anything I don't like about this place. Very highly recommend.

The best place I've ever been. The best people I've ever met.

The stay at this hotel was amazing. The atmosphere is warm, caring and cozy. In all my travels, this place has become the best. Cleanliness, order and responsiveness of the owners exceeded all expectations. Mira helped us with everything. She became a friend to us. The room was always perfectly clean. Breakfasts are incredibly delicious. The kettle with water is always hot. Her husband helped us with the excursion program. He is a great person and driver. We were able to visit the sights with him in comfort. We really did not want to leave. I recommend it to everyone.

Nicę accommodation in centre of Ubud

Very nice place to stay in Ubud. Central located in a private house, private temple. This is what I love about Ubud. Close to the Main Street but still very quiet. The place is run by amazing people. Super clean and this breakfast! The breakfast was huge and delicious.

A little cozy oasis in Ubud

Really cozy and quite homestay that I would really recommend to my friends and family. The room was really clean. It was really nice to sit in the litte terrace and only relax. We also loved the nice breakfasts that Mira cooks :)

Fantastic homstay with amazing host

This was by far the best place we stayed during our time in Bali. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the garden was absolutely beautiful, an oasis of calm. The breakfast was also delicious and freshly prepared each morning. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Mira and her wonderful family. Mira went above and beyond to help us organize transportation and make the most of our time in Ubud. Her husband even gave us a private tour of the area at a very fair price. Mira’s kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here, you’ll be in great hands!

Super! A perfect homestay!! Is nice to arrive after 19h. Traveling and feel welcome. Big homemade breakfast when you’re ready for it. Confortable room with a nice balcony. Quiet in the very center. Location is perfect if you want to be close to everything. Mira and his husband were super nice, they help us organice our trips around the island, giving good advice.

A peaceful homestay with incredible hosts

I like everything at Jepun. The homestay is in traditional Balinese style but the room is modern and super clean. Everything you need is there. I love the porch with the tea table and hot water provided every day by the host. Bed is comfy but the pillow is a bit high to me. Mira, the host and her husband are nice and friendly with good English. They offered reasonable price for transportation to the airport as the husband drove his car. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Fresh fruit plate is included. Free water provided so keep an empty bottle with you. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Ubud.

Located in a small lane, a bit difficult to find at first. About less than 100m walk from the main road. However, this ensures a totally quiet space. Water pressure of the shower is not very strong but I think it's popular in Ubud.

A hidden gem right in the middle of Ubud

We loved our stay here! So much so that we changed our accommodation when returning to Ubud for 2 days because it’s just amazing. The owner even let us keep our big backpacks there while we travelled to Lovina for 3 days before we stayed again. The owner is so friendly, helpful and the whole property is gorgeous. There’s lovely people living there who are very friendly, it’s so quiet and peaceful with a lovely garden, fish ponds and birds. We had such a spacious room that was very clean, excellent air con that’s very quiet at night and the breakfast was amazing each day. We got so much fruit, eggs done different ways and toast. You can organise tours through the accommodation for a reasonable price. We also got laundry done and it was the cheapest we’ve got in Bali. It’s in a great location with lots of great restaurants nearby, we’d recommend Ubud Warung , it’s very cheap and had excellent food. We’ve been backpacking for 4 months and this is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed in.

Fantastic stay overall

Breakfast was fantastic. One day we had a great omelette and the next we had pandan pancakes. Superb! Always lots of fruit. And tea and coffee all day. The location was extremely quiet.

I think a second trash can in bedroom would be very helpful as there is only one in the bathroom.

Amazing Ubud homestay.

Mira and her family were amazing hosts. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing every morning. It is the perfect place, right in the middle of the shopping, restaurants, and a short walk to some wonderful local yoga shalas. Mira was also able to organize a massage and cooking classes without any hassle at all. Great Little place to stay if you go to UBud.

Amazing place to stay

Lovely garden and wonderful hosts. Arranged a great trip to mt batur and even ensured we got the shuttle at 2am. Hot water always available for hot drinks and warm showers too. Terimah kasih!

A local Balinese experience 🇮🇩

It’s amazing waking up in a typical Balinese house to live a real local experience. In the same complex there are other Balinese families with their private temples. The bed is comfortable, there is A/C, it’s really quiet and it’s just a few minutes walking to the Ubud Market and the Monkey Forest.

Pay attention because it’s not that easy to find the place, especially if you arrive during the night. It is in a small street on the side of the main road. You have to walk straight passing a lot of motorbikes. As I’m writing the review, their name on Google Maps is “1”, and not the one on Booking.

Exceptional

I loved the daily breakfast. Mira makes a yummy omelette and her service is always with a smile. Her family were so lovely too. It is very peaceful considering it's right in the centre of Ubud and I felt safe here. I highly recommend this accommodation and will very much miss Mira's omelette. I will be back again some day.

Superb

Mira was a extraordinary guest. Always gentle. The room is confortable (for this type of accomodation in Bali) and clean. The breakfasts were various and always tasty. Water, the and coffe always available for free. Like several "Homestay" in Ubud the familiar house in which is "Jepun" is in a narrow alleyway, really in the center, but quiet and silent with the typical structure of little familiar eden (plants, flowers, fountains, familiar indù temple etc..)

Nothing. Perhaps to have 2 bath towels (rarely in Indonesia we found it) instead of one, should be better.
