big rooms, central location we didnt realise there was daily cleaning, on our second day we left for a hike and returned to clean bedding, all our things were neatly placed back on the bed

Fantastic

Beautiful traditional home. Quiet area but very central. Hot water for drinks provided in flask. No soap or shampoo so you need to take your own which is fair enough for the price. Air conditioning available for extra but good fan.

- Great location, very central - warm shower / room was clean

- wifi is not strong enough to work online, I had to use my esim - keep in mind that sound, smell and bugs can enter the room, privatphere is limited

The accommodation is very dirty. I got a refund promise because the water didn't come out, but they say it differently when tomorrow morning. In the end, I only paid half of the price.

Greatest value if you go for central Ubud and not villa style

It's great, in particular, for the price. I wanted to stay close to Ubud centre and it works right for that. All basic things are available. Clean. And staff takes care of you As a bonus, temple right under your balcony.

Very poor

1. STAFF: I asked twice for an important information and the stuff simply lied to us and this caused lots of problems. 2. HOUSE: the place is really running down. Bugs everywhere, wood eaten by termites, really not well maintained, no AC in the main bedroom, very unsafe electric installation 3. NIGHT: both nights we were awaken by animals on the roof. We prefer to think that it was monkeys instead of rats 4. POOL: swimming pool is big but it feels like using the swimming pool of the neighbours, as it is really built in the next house 5. VALUE: definitely not worth it

Kein Aufenthalt für längere Zeit.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Haus war etwas abseits von der Straße, man hat also wenig Verkehr gehört.

Man musste für die Klimaanlage extra bezahlen, ansonsten gibt es nur einen Deckenventilator. Es gab keinen tägliches Room Cleaning, also keine frischen Handtücher, kein Müll wurde geleert. Eine Kanne mit heißem Wasser stand bereit, diese wurde aber auch nie gewechselt, etc. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer + Bad hat sehr modrig gerochen.

No había agua caliente, tampoco limpiaban la habitación ni reponían papel higiénico. Tampoco tienen dispenser de agua. El personal lo intenté buscar pero no estaba en las cercanías.
