Dewa Bungalows, A Balinese House and Art Gallery

We loved that the property was close to everything. Within walking distance was Coco Mart, pizza, gelato, good coffee, a row of souvenir & boutique stores, and at least 2 warungs. As tired travellers who arrived via a red-eye flight, we appreciate that the host allowed us to check in earlier than the standard check-in time. Our room was on the 3rd floor, which had a stunning view of the neighbourhood's terracotta roofs. There was a language barrier, but the staff did their best to communicate with us, most especially when we asked for adaptors for charging our devices. There were adorable cats in the property.

We would appreciate it more if housekeeping used scented products in cleaning the room and washing the linens. I have communicated my other concerns about the property to the host in private.

Right on Jl Hanoman yet very quiet and peaceful. My room was comfortable and clean. Ayu the host was always bright and cheerful as well as welcoming when I arrived. The pool is excellent and I enjoyed my swims and relaxing on the lounges. It is close to shops, spas and the Yoga Barn. I met other travelers there and had some rewarding chats. I recommend it and will book again when I return.

The family & staff are super lovely and helpful, the pool is great to relax, the location is fantastic and the room is huge. There is also a small supermarket attached to the homestay, which is super helpful to buy water and snacks. Awesome value for money, I really recommend this place!

For the price, honestly, it's an amazing place.

Room 303 had the most incredible view of Ubud and I even saw monkeys from my room. The staff were so kind and helpful. It was quiet even though it’s in the heart of Ubud.
