An Amazing Flat that I have Ever Rented During My Frequent Trips

This is the best flat that I have ever rented during my trips, which are so many. The flat is on the 5th floor in a 6-floor building. There is an elevator of course. The flat is so clean, organized, fully equipped, Wi-Fi is excellent, location is very close to the center, Aldi Supermarket is about 5 minutes' walk, there is a free public car parking and the host is, so prompt if you require anything. The train station is about 15minutes by bus, and it is stepping point if you plan to visit Chenequa Terre. The kitchen has a cooker, oven microwave, fridge with freezer and all that you need in a kitchen such as Cutlery. There is a washing machine in the toilet, which I happily used, with washing soap and softener. Overall, the flat is amazing and if anyone is planning to visit La Spezia I 100% recommend renting this flat. Thank you Justing and Sebastiano.

From what I have experienced, I cannot find anything that I miss, or I wished it was there. My hope is that the host maintains it and keeps it as it is or batter, although I don't know what he can do to make it batter LoL.

Parfait sauf l’emplacement

Le logement est propre, bien agencé, tout est bien entretenu.

L’emplacement, en effet il y a quelques personnes étranges dans la rue. Heureusement le centre ville est à 15 minutes à pied.

Tutto perfetto, appartamento moderno, ottima posizione per ogni spostamento, host sempre presente e molto disponibile. Sicuramente ci ritornerei!
