Dank Nadja und Gianni hatten wir einen wunderschönen einwöchigen Urlaub in La Spezia. Das Ferienhaus mit drei Schlafzimmern war groß genug für unsere fünfköpfige Familie. Die Küche war schön, geräumig und mit allen notwendigen Küchengeräten ausgestattet. Es war angenehm, auf dem Balkon Kaffee zu trinken. Gianni gab uns Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in La Spezia. Er half uns sogar, als unser Auto am vierten Tag unseres Aufenthalts eine Panne hatte. Liebe Nadja, lieber Gianni, nochmals vielen Dank für alles.🫶

Gianni was kind enough to pick us up from the train station , give us directions and because it was a public holiday , dropped us back at the train station. This was much appreciated . It’s at the top of 7 flights of stairs but it was fine . Basko and Lidl supermarket not far away . Easy flat 10 min walk to marina and old town district. Lots of cooking equipment . Had a homely feel .

L’espace, l’équipement, la tranquillité de l’immeuble, la proximité des arrêts de bus, les places de stationnement payantes (13€/jour)à proximité, le centre ville à 20-30mn et la gare à 10 mn en bus.
3 étages sans ascenseur qui peuvent être un entraînement à la randonnée dans les 5 terres, une cabine de douche étroite pour les personnes fortes.

The sitting room was comfortable and bright and overlooked a leafy square. The apartment was 50m from a good supermarket.
It was very hot when we stayed there and there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms. The apartment was geographically close to the train station which is why I chose it, but there was a tunnel which was unsuitable for walking, so the actual walk to the station was 30 minutes.
