A truly wonderful stay in a dream apartment with a perfect location and a very lovely host.

The apartment was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated with great attention to style. Our host Barbara was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated all the useful information that was already prepared in the apartment. The location could not have been better – very central, with the city center easily reachable on foot and the train station just around the corner.

Amazing place to stay. Hope to return!

We wish we could have stayed for longer! An exceptional apartment with full facilities, beautiful furniture and attention to detail. Easy communication with the owner, who was very kind and helpful. Great location. Incredibly comfortable and with a balcony for sun all day round. The fan in the bedroom worked perfectly for summer nights.

Exceptional

Our stay surpassed expectations and we will definitely find time to return on our next visit to Italy. The appartment is very spacious, comfortable and decorated with style. The views from the windows add to the pleasant feeling of space. Really close to the station which is a must when touring the villages and close to main restaurants just an 8 minute walk away. I managed to get a parking space opposite the front door each time we returned which was so handy.

close to the station which was good, lift to get cases up to2nd floor.. spacious rooms and good sofa bed in living area. high ceilings help the building be cooler.. Extremely hot weather plus 30 degrees every day there. Good fans but aircon would be lovely.

I really enjoyed my stay here and I would come back for sure

The accommodation was absolutely amazing. It was such a nice stay. The apartment is huge. We were only two people and we felt like we had an entire house available. The view is so nice and you also have a little balcony to drink your coffee in the morning. It's really close to the train station (~10-15 minutes walk) which is a big plus because the city has a lot of stairs. It's also close to the port (20 minutes walk) and the big advantage is that you walk on the main streets so this is a plus. We didn't miss anything and everything was clean and organized. Being so close to the train station is a big plus because we went by train to Cinque Terre and after a long day of walking it was nice having the property close when we came back in La Spezia.

You should pay attention to the fact that there is also a fee for city taxes which you pay separate from the Booking reservation. It was 2,5 euro/person/day. So we left it on the table at the property. It is advertised when you book so it's not a hidden fee, but we forgot about it. For the bathroom near the kitchen it should be noted that the shower leaks if there is too much water on the shower floor. Also, a little bit of a hinderance was the fact that the property does not have wi-fi. And the TV channels are all in Italian, not even subbed in Italian. Everything is dubbed in Italian. So maybe a Netflix account for the people who stay more nights would be benefical.

The proprietary is very attentive and friendly. The appartament is really well-localized (some steps from the train station) and comfortable. Everything was organized and clean waiting for us. We had a wonderful weekend.

Perfect location, close to the train station and the main attractions of the city. The apartment is amazing, surprisingly big and nicely furnished. We particularly loved the balcony as it's the perfect place for a late dinner or an early breakfast before heading to Cinque Terre. Thanks to Barbara (the host) everything went smooth in terms of check in and check out. Definitely recommend this place. It exceeded our expectations.

El piso es lindo con una vista hermosa. El servicio es excelente y amables

La vista del lugar es hermosa! Vale la pena subir esa cuesta! El lugar es súper amplio!!! Barbara nos atendió con muchísima amabilidad, tuve un error al reservar una noche menos y lo pudieron resolver inmediatamente. Cerca de la estación de tren. La zona es tranquila y segura.

Ni siquiera es que no nos gustó, solo para que lo tengan en cuenta al reservar, llegar caminando requiere subir escaleras o calle en subida. Pero se soluciona con un taxi.

Como importante: tener en cuenta que quienes llegan a espacios temporarios pueden venir de viajes largos, minimamente deberian dejar botellas de agua, te, cafe y alguna galletita, pan (obviamente cobrandolo) seria importante sumar aires acondicionados en los espacios, los ventiladores de pie son muy pequeños para espacios tan grandes
