Great location, comfortable stay.

Great location for exploring the cinque Terre. A spacious and quiet apartment close to everything you need. Including the tourist office is close by and great help in getting your adventures sorted and how to get tickets and passes for the trains and buses. Easy apartment and easy to walk everywhere from. It is up 4 flights of stairs, however there is a lift- bonus in Italy! that can take the luggage up (you do need to carry your luggage up the first flight of stairs to the elevator, however not all 4 flights!) Comfortable. Good night sleep. We didnt need heating or air con- though they are available. Washing machine also available, always a bonus.

Pick up for keys is in a different location to where the apartment is. It is close by, though actually not there. Good news is you could leave the keys on kitchen table when you left rather than return to where they were picked up from. You need actual phone capabilities to order a taxi- you cant use whats ap. We were caught out as our travel SIM card is wifi only.

Nice large apartment

The location of this apartment is central city and convenient. Check-in and check-out was super easy. The apartment has plenty of room, is well stocked and a good bathroom/shower.

The pictures showed more light in the apartment than was truly the case. The shutters only partially opened and the place was dark. We enjoyed our stay but shutters being able to be opened would have been great.

Great place to stay, comfortable and clean. But overall management could be better.

The apartament is great and was really clean. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is really nice looking and comfortable. We had an issue with the window which we found was broken, and they send an technician to look at it and solved quickly.

The lack of basics for cooking, cleaning and higiene. While the place is great, we missed the basics for cooking at the apartment. There was no salt, oil, or any other cooking starter that you would expect for a place with kitchen. Same for cleaning as there were no dish soap or paper towels. Two small toilet papers were all we had from the host for 4 nights with 4 people. We asked for some more as well as some garbage bags, which the management team said would provide but never did. The checkout was a bit confused as I was told to align where to leave the keys, but nobody would answer me at morning of checkout day.

Brilliant Appartment, in an excellent, yet quiet location.

Property as per the photos, bright, spacious, clean.... in an excellent location right beside a very large public garden and close to the promenade/sea/ferries. A very nice Cafe/Gelateria just downstairs. Lots of restaurants near by and also in the old town pedestrianised lanes a short walk away. Right on the lovely, arched, shaded shopping street of Via Domenico. Train station a reasonable brisk 16 min walk away. The palm lined promenade walk was really great. Overall, La Spezia worked out really great as a single base to explore Cinque Terre, Portofino, Portovenere, Pisa, Florence, Genoa... with different priced options by train types and ferry.

We really enjoyed our stay and the Appartment. What would be a very nice start could be a welcome pack with a small bottle of olive oil, dish washing liquid, extra refuse bags, notice of what days to leave downstairs the refuse bags ( particularly for longish stays like 10 days +)... People with large heavy suitcases need to manage the steps from the ground floor, before the elevator starts on the first floor. [Note: There is a stairs chair lift from the ground to the first floor for people with mobility issues].

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, zentral gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet, alles top.

Toilettenspülung hatte zu viel Druck, sodaß Wasser austrat.

Departamento señorial

Un departamento muy amplio y cómodo. Bien equipado, buenas camas, buena ducha. Linda zona, a pasos de la costanera. Si solo van a La Spezia para ir a Cinqueterre buscaría un lugar más cerca de la estación de tren.

El aire acondicionado de uno de los dormitorios no funcionaba. Prendía, a los pocos minutos comenzaba a hacer muchos ruidos, como si alguien golpeara, y luego se apagaba solo y los ruidos continuaban. Lo que no permitió dormir bien.

Sehr schön. Wir haben einfach unsere Ferienzeit dort genossen

Sehr schöne Wohnung und genügende Plätze für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern Zentral nahe, aber doch ruhig In 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man schon City Center oder Hafen ( in die Gegenrichtung) In der Näh gibt es einen großen Kinderspielplatz. In 15 - 20 Minuten durch die alte Stadt erreicht man gleich auch dem Bahnhof.
