Lovely stay

Very well appointed boutique hotel, with nice grounds and a pool. The beds were very comfortable, the room large and well decorated. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast delicious, and they kept trying to feed me more :)

The only two things I didn't like were that the room is quite dimly lit, making it gloomy inside, and that the WIFI was so poor as to be unusable. It was better outside the room though.

Alberca helada y colchones duros

Me gustó el desayuno

Que los colchones estaban incomodisimos. Eran muy duros lo que hacía muy difícil poder dormir. También que la alberca está helada y te mienten diciéndote que tienen paneles solares pero no es verdad, siempre estuvo helada es una desilusión. Que hablas fuera de la habitación y se escucha todo el ruido.

La habitación muy limpia, muy comoda, el desayuno muy rico, nos toco buffet y todo sabía muy bien, la ubicación era adecuada para lo que necesitaba. Ayudo mucho que nos permitieran ingresar antes del check in, y el ingreso fue muy rapido, también el check out fue rapido y sin ningun inconveniente.

La regadera, el agua salía a una presión muy fuerte y dolía. Sugeriria que pusieran instrucciones de como funciona la televisión, no es muy intuitivo y sería lindo para evitarle ese tipo de problemas al personal con los huespedes que no son muy amables

Que acepten todo tipo de huéspedes, hubo un grupo que ingresó pasada la media noche y se quedaron haciendo fiesta hasta que el personal los tuvo que hacer retirarse a otro espacio Así mismo, la mezcladora del lavabo era demasiado pequeña, lo que complicaba el lavado de manos

Bueno, pero se niegan a prepararte cena y el lugar está alejado de cualquier restaurant, tienda. Llovía intenso y solo había papas fritas. El siguiente día llovía y el último momydecdisfrutar la alberca. Inhabilitaron el área, podaban y su justificación fue que habría un evento social el siguiente fin de semana Boda al parecer y tenían que dar mantenimiento. El precio no vale la estadía. La amabilidad de la mesera, una jovencita lugareña, simplemente encantadora. Gracias

Cena a la carta, libertad de usar las instalaciones, habitación entregada a tiempo. Las 3 y no estaba limpia. Que me tocaran por la tarde noche cuando descansaba para preguntarme los nombres de quienes nos hospedamos y a quien esperábamos. Con una actitud insistente. ???? Argumentaron booking no les informa. Pero yo llene hoja de datos.

Ameeeeeeeee, descansé súper rico después de subir el Tepozteco, la cama y almohadas cómodas, todo muy acogedor y bien diseñado, los baños muy limpios, nuevos y sale muy bien el agua de la regadera, TV por cable, frigobar, estacionamiento, personal excelente atención de la chica de recepción, me volvería a quedar ahí sin pensarlo

Excelente servicio y amabilidad. Delicioso el desayuno. La habitación y todas las áreas estaban impecables. Limpieza en todos los detalles.

No hay servicio de restaurante después del desayuno. Sugiero revisar la loza del desayuno para descartar la que esté fisurará o desportillara. Aclaró que solo me tocó a mi, los platos y pocillos de los demás estaban en buen estado.
