We had a wonderful stay at Peaceful Retreat. A special thank-you to Fay, who went above and beyond when I became ill the day before checkout. She made a plan to extend our stay so I could rest, and her kindness truly made all the difference. I was able to recover in time for an important celebration. Communication from booking to checkout was professional and reassuring. The apartment was perfect for our working trip, well-stocked, comfortable, and set in a quiet, peaceful environment. Highly recommended, and heartfelt thanks to Fay and the team!

Very well situated (5 mns walk to Canal Walk), good communication, clear instructions for check-in and check-out, comfortable and well equipped.

One of the bathrooms had only a bathtub with taps and no shower head. This is not practical. TV was not working.

The apartment was newly renovated with modern furniture however the following issues needs improvement. 1. The main couch was dirty on arrival. 2. No wine opener 3. We were a family of four and had only four glasses, four coffee cups. meaning every time we used a glass, we had to wash dishes immediately. More so , if we had visitors we wouldn't have enough utensils. 4. Not enough bowls to use for cooking. 5. Not enough pots. Found the place not practical as a self catering apartment. A lot of improvement is required but we did enjoy whatever was offered.
