- The facilities and the sense of security. - Not very usual, but the fact that towels were being replaced every single day. - The fact that it was near the mall and serving the purpose of our trip. - Canal Walk area is beautiful, pleasant for people looking for a stress free and quiet area.

Island Club is also known as Century City Luxury apartments. However, we stayed at Ibiza 103. The door locks were kind of rust and old. The bathroom for the common area was not properly equipped for taking a shower. It only had a bathtub with visible dirt stains, and there was no handheld shower, shower curtain, bath mat or mirror. Given the fact that it's winter, my daughters could not reasonably use this bathroom to bathe. Consequently, both of them had to use the master suite bathroom, which meant that all four of us had to share the same bathroom for showers. This was quite inconvenient and significantly affected our comfort during the stay. On the night of the 8th of August, the apartment ran out of water. The additional heater that was handed over to us, was not functional and we never ended up using it.

Comfortable but had the bear minimum for kitchen use

No patio set on patio to sit on Bear minimum kitchen resources to use as well as bathrooms. Soap, toilet spray not available
