The jacuzzi is a shared amenity in the building. The building requires a R200-R250 fee to be able to use it privately. That can be arranged directly with the security in the lobby. It also has bathrooms and outside seating area.
The 13th floor rooftop common area, includes braai facilities, kitchen, relaxation areas requires a R500 refundable deposit, which is returned to you if the area is received back in the same condition as found. Arranged directly with the security.
A valid driver's license is required to enter at security.
Picture of ID/Passport is required before self check-in instructions will be provided.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels.
We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Kindly inquire with host.
We can't allow parties of any sort nor loud music coming from the apartment.

The Jacuzzi is part of the common area and is booked to use privately at the Security/front at R200.
