Everything was astounding from the check-in process communication was clear to the person taking us up to our apartment very friendly the service was good and spectacular and I enjoyed my stay the facilities the partner and everything about it

There's nothing to say that I did not like everything was perfect and made my stay very memorable

A very calm area, near to some of the best restaurants and near canal walk

I found the space a little small when compared to the photos. But it was still very comfortable and cozy

Only one heater provided. Given there are two bedrooms, one of the rooms was freezing. Was asked to pay a refunded deposit of ZAR 1500 which wasn't in the booking terms. My other friends who booked another two units at Knightsbridge didn't need to pay deposits. Although I got my deposit after I checked out but that means I didn't have enough cash while I was staying here and ended up having too much ZAR at the end of the stay. Although I booked for 3 adults, we only have one access card. This means we must always coordinate to come back together. There was no detergent provided for the washing machine. So it was very troublesome to buy the detergent and wasteful because we only washed once. The Jacuzzi downstairs was very dirty. The complimentary instant noodles tasted bad.
