Location. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
The carpets in the rooms need a a deep clean and better towels could be provided.

We loved how close it was to the Canal Walk shopping centre We loved that it was wide for a family of 5. The staff were really helpful, they provided a cot and an airer even though it wasn't listed in the things provided. We also loved how secure it was.
The bathroom floor tiles were broken and made horrible noise stepping on it. The electric stove wasn't working. We visited in August and it was very cold. Somehow, the bedroom window was allowing very cool air in even though it was completely shot. It was about 13 minutes drive to V&A water front, but with rush house, it. Took 45 minutes to an hour, which was annoying in some days. The beds were too small for couples.

It was central.
Premises was not clean dust, spiders filfy under the bed. Cracked tiles on bathroom floor due to waterleak. Not good!! Please do not rent premises out!!!First fix floor, it is scary!!!
