The location is excellent, just a short walk from Canal Walk Mall, and we felt very secure throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the cleanliness; the bedsheets and towels were crisp white, and the daily cleaning service was excellent. The cleaning staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful in explaining how things worked.
The host kindly provided a starter kit of tea, coffee, and sugar for the first few days, though guests should plan to purchase their own supplies for longer stays. Overall, everything was in good order and we had a very pleasant experience.
The weather was extremely windy, which caused the balcony chairs to blow against the glass doors and windows. Fortunately, nothing broke, and once we reported it, the host was very responsive and sent someone to secure the chairs to the grill to prevent further issues.

Good location, safe parking and clean property
No aircon and it was very hot at night, no swimming pool at the property so kids were not happy
