It was good that I booked last minute and was accommodated. Had to go back and forth with the guards and eventually got the gentleman to hand over the keys. Instructions were not that clear set and aligned to guards permission to enter or exit the premises. Needs changes to be made.
See above comment, both entering and exiting the premises were inaccurate and inundated, needs work. This was expressed in a whatsapp message to Prop. The fact we did not have the TV linked to the wifi and we were unable to rectify after calls, whatsapps, etc. it was only rectified on day three as we were about to check out. Again instructions should be clearer and these issues should be checked in sign in with a troubleshoot document available in the apartment to guide the guests to mitigate this frustration.
