It's a super convenient location and nice to have a bit more space than some hotel rooms. The parking is an added bonus, and having access to the downstairs restaurant is a plus. It is showing signs of age on some of the furnishings but with high turnovers that's inevitable .

We waited for Popy to deliver the keys for nearly 40 minutes , and the staff at the Residences were very helpful and tried to reach him . We had changed our check in time early that morning with the Agents , but he said he had not been informed. We had extremely loud neighbours who in the room next door for the whole sat night. Other than that although the flat was generally clean, it felt and looked like the flooring could do with a really good scrub and not a quick mop over. All the linen & towels were clean Thank you .

Did not have breakfast at the hotel

its difficult to find something , but I would have to say the inabiliity to receive room service to the Residence apartments. Or at best a better working agreement on preperation of meals and delivery thereof.

Appliances / electronics

Not having the right detergents to disinfect the toilet and shower daily.

The location, it’s part of the Marriott hotel so the restaurant and facilities are nice. It is a cosy apartment also

It feels a bit worn through and can do with some updating. I was afraid the bathroom shower glass door might break whilst opening and closing for eg. Check in was horrendous- I was sat waiting for ages with no communication- was told someone would meet me and there was a different arrangement that I wasn’t made aware of until I called. Some complimentary water or something would have been nice also, and shower items. When travelling you may not have time to get the basics.
