The Terraces Luxury Apartments

Megan - the evening duty manager - was excellent. When nobody had a meaningful and helpful solution that would get me off the streets at night, she was the one who, within a few minutes of coming on duty, provided the most effective solution. Papi the concierge is a rockstar, thank you for waiting around to help us on the day Papi and for doing it with such a smile.

The days leading up to the trip were some of the busiest for me. The property managers kept sending a whole lot of emails with regards to the stay amongst which was I one I had missed with attachments I needed to fill ahead of my travel and this one I had missed. Having received confirmation that payment was received and all was in order, I had assumed I was done. There were no flights available on the day I need to travel and so I had driven - for over 14 hours - only to get to the establishment and be told I couldn't check in without the forms I had clearly missed. Even after the forms had been filled, the property would not let me in. I was disappointed that the property had not at least called to draw my attention to their email. Given the barrage of emails they send it shouldn't be an anomaly that one would be missed. Ultimately, we were accommodated at an alternative establishment which I appreciated but it took almost three hours to secure this alternative. The managing entity simply needs to beef its administrative processes up - a simple phone call to draw my attention to the forms would have gone a long way here.

We had the most friendliest host The place was superb with a walking distance to the nearest shopping complex

We were overwhelm with the good part of the apartment and didn't see any negative points to raise with the host.

The location was great, near to century city mall .

Well it want thst great making a booking , we had to drive to green point branch just to pay a refund deposit , before we could check in . Everyone we phoned we were talking to a different person , and have to explain ourselves over and over again .

Location was close to the places we needed to go to

When we entered the apartment there was a fowl odour that lingered throughout our stay, we notified the person that handed over the keys without any response as to what it could be.
