EI had such an amazing time during my stay with my kids! Everything was just perfect and even better than I had hoped for. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and secure. The security of the place was fantastic, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Looking forward to booking another stay soon!

The procedure for entering the complex wasn’t very well thought through. The agent send a WhatsApp message with a qr code to enable us to access the property. As we had flown in with our phones on airplane mode, no WhatsApp messages were received. Fortunately my brother met us and was able to phone the agent who duels arrived and sorted it all out. The security guards at the gate were unhelpful in the extreme. A bad start 🤬
The maid did the washing in a washing machine in the apartment ( all bed linen) whilst we were in the apartment. Very noisy and intrusive.
