Location was fantastic. The building and comfort is good
Coffee machine advertised however no coffee or what capsule needed is given. The dishwasher did not have capsules. Less than 15 pegs for a family of 4. Towels need upgrading and plates was chipped and less than 5 plates

Excellent location near Canal Walk, great views, very good security, secure parking, and access to shared facilities such as the spa and shopping. Security staff were friendly.
Unfortunately, the comfort and cleanliness do not match a luxury or 5-star standard. The main bedroom only has a double bed, and both mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The bed linen felt low quality, non-cotton, and caused overheating and irritation, making sleep difficult. Pillows were also uncomfortable.
The towels were dark brown coloured and had stains, which made them feel less fresh, and the bathroom showed visible stains with tiles and fittings not properly clean.
While the building and location are excellent, sleep quality and hygiene are fundamental, and this apartment falls well short in those areas. High-end furniture and amenities cannot compensate for poor beds, linen, and bathroom cleanliness.

Spacious apartment with all the facilities needef to live comfortably for a week. The host was attentive to our requests. The location is ideal and the facilities offered to the residents (pool, sauna, gym) are great. Security is top notch.
If i had to say something here, i'd say that it's on the windward side but that nature.
