I ws unable to work the in-room safe, and got no response from the letting agents.
also nobody else who could assist.
Having the room cleaned would also be good

Security of the place
Intercom in the room did not work.
Not all the light switches were working
The oven knob was broken. I suggest another couch as the current one is quite worn out already
