You are able to contact the someone at anytime if you have any issues. The apartment is clean and was well maintained. For a group of 4 adults with 2 toddlers, the place really was comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped.

Every one from the superb Agnes to the friendly security were great
The cutlery was poor. Broken knives and a shortage was disappointing.

Excellent location, secure parking, access to and from Cape Town and beyond easy
On arrival, we had great difficulty locating the agent, with a lot of phoning and hanging around. Not ideal after a long journey. We asked for the safe to be opened as it had been left locked, and were told it no longer worked. We were left with a tv that only had one channel, Netflix! And it needed a code which we weren’t given. I messaged Agnes the agent with the help of the security girl on the gate to get the WiFi code. The following night the tv didn’t work at all. Despite contacting Agnes early in the evening via WhatsApp she didn’t respond till the following day, having been told she was available at any reasonable time. Light bulbs were missing or not working and batteries flat in the tv remote.
I don’t go on holiday to have issues with your agents. The cleaners were excellent
