Couldn't use the internet.no connection
Called reception numerous times for the above .no answer
We asked that someone come get the key ,waited and called reception numerous times as well until I finally asked if I can leave the key at the suites reception.

Walking distance from Canalwalk. Beautiful view over the mountain. The view made up for everything. Will definitely be staying again.
Keys must be picked up at a different building and location. Payments must be made beforehand and was not aware of it.
