Good value, just needs small improvements that can set it apart.

The place was clean. Staff was responsive.

Couch needs to be cleaned or should be leather type material, had to put a blanket on top. For a 9 day stay there should be an extra linen that one can change. Should put basics like salt that will come in handy. Not enough cutlery. Bedroom needs a curtain, with blinds the light outside and the sun comes through.

Location

Some of the beddings, chairs & pillows were all dirty & smelling, they have not been washed for a long time. The toilets were smelling due to lack of proper ventilation. The blinds in the kitchen are damaged and someone can see the room from outside. Had to use a cloth to hide the window

Nothing liked 1.rude securities from the gate to reception. 2.mismanagement on check-in dates we had to solve this issue upon my arrival 3.pillows were having some dirty from previous guests 4.Gas stove was not working. 5.the apartment design was horrible with less of privacy from bedroom side

Hassled a bit with Security because of an access card missing in the keys, the detergent used to clean the place is a bit too strong had to leave windows open to clear it out. Other than that it was a great stay

Excellent location near canal walk.

The location was excellent few steps from canal walk mall. There is 24 hours security.

They have gas stove.. i did not feel comfortable with it. I wished daily housekeeping was included. It was difficult to arrange it as we need to pay online with the card the day before 2 pm. We asked for bathroom garbages at the beginning of our stay put we did not get them.

The special occasion set up for my daughter’s graduation was the only highlight .. thank you Zaarah for organizing.

No bath tub. House wasn’t properly cleaned on arrival. Used condom paper in the bathroom. Pubic hair in the shower 😞 Couldn’t use the main bathroom basin to bath my kid, stopper wasn’t working.

A number of things need to be improved for a better stay.

Location. Quiet area.

1. Entertainment unavailability 2. WiFi not stable 3. Couldn’t use the safe 4. The bed had so many noises

Was well suited for the purposes of my conference, but not equipped for 2 people or a long duration stay

Close to the conference centre. Also good location and within walking distance to Canal Walk. Lovely location for scenic walks and a well marked 5km run around the area. Property is clean. Also, considering the number of units, it was quiet and peaceful.

This is for unit 109. The bed is very hard. Not recommended for those who suffer with lower back pain as it is very solid and has no give or softness at all. I did bring the following to the property agents attention: 1.) shower is leaking badly. Even putting a towel down, there is so much water that it runs out and under the basin. Slip and trip hazard warning. 2.) the remote control does not work: so can’t park the car in the resident’s parkade. 3.) there was only 1 teaspoon in the unit, while there was 3 of everything else. Seems to overall be an odd number of cutlery since there is 4 of each crockery item. 4.) no soap was provided in the bathrooms even to wash your hands after using the loo… so maybe pack your own.

It was close to canal walk.

Got there. The key was not there and we had to wait for someone to bring it with Uber. Then the bed in the main bedroom is terrible. The oven did not work.no pots or even a pan. The couch had seen better days. They leave you milk coffee and tee but not even a sache of suger especially for first night . The one morning at 10h00 we got into the lift with our daughter and there were 2 prostitutes in the lift smelling disgusting. I would not recommend this as a family stay and I will never return. O and the dishes in the cupboard were filthy.

Overall very good. May be a small improvement on the communication at the check in on whatssap. Contact person on whatssap which is responding to queries would be a bonus. Instruction to use the washing machine as well. Otherwise went fine.

Location

Loadsheding. The owner must provide backup electricity for business etiquette and for comfort of guests. There's no information manual ( re - wifi) in the establishment. I had to constantly phone the office.

Total disappointment

The location is conveniently close to the Canal Walk Mall

It was really noisy making it difficult to sleep. There was no DSTV which would have been fine if the property had a smart TV with high speed WiFi which was not the case. The TV in apartment 319 is basically an ornament with no use. The apartment was not well equipped for load shedding. The lamp provided only lasted for 30 minutes and needs to be replaced. Overall I was disappointed with the apartment and will not stay there again
