Waters Edge Sanctuary can only be described as a hotel stay with the added comforts of home. It is well located and most tourist attractions are within driving distance of between 20-30min. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the place is most admirable from the host. There were ice cold drinks in the fridge waiting for us on our arrival. There was a fully stocked tea/coffee station for us to enjoy and my 3 year old daughter particularly enjoyed the mini boxes of cereals provided. All cleaning materials, tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher were provided and it was more than enough for the duration of our stay. There is ample cupboard space in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms have enough cupboard space and are very clean and well taken care off. Our host communicated very well with us, was easy to reach and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The attention to detail and overall cleanliness is what impressed us most about this place as you can see it is someone who takes pride in their property. The mall is a 5min walk away which was very convenient for us. I would highly recommend this place.
There are no aircons at the property, but after looking around at other apartments, I think it is due to the aesthethics of the building. There were enough fans provided.

Felt like a hotel stay
not much other than the pesty mosquitos - it was hot so used the provided vans but forgot the window open on night.
