The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the lady that checked us in was excellent and her communication also very good.

The host was very helpful. The property needs new furniture in the Livingroom, the sofas were stained the rug, the futon bed my son was to sleep on had awful stains and the place had an awful smell. The pool and jacuzzi was dirty.

I was somewhat disappointed. For a place that advertised luxury it wasn’t at all luxury. There was a distinct smell in the room and simple items that denote luxury weren’t there apparent. Couch was soiled and bath towels were thin and overages from years of use.

the apartment was clean and beautiful... but the check in process killed the whole mood for me and I could not appreciate the beauty of the place thereafter. the check in lady made me feel like she was doing me a favour with zero hospitality

Agnes was amazing. My flight was delayed and she waited for me until 10pm! When I needed anything, it was done. The apartment needs a little TLC. New rug, draws stuff, washing machine door broken. But it's clean, comfortable and a superb location. Will stay again and recommend. Didn't use the facilities but they seemed great and not crowded Very clean too

Comfortable and clean modern apartment with amazing security, indoor pool and gym. As a family we enjoyed it thoroughly and wish we could have stayed longer. Fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Conveniently located behind canal walk. Hostess was extremely helpful, courteous and went. The extra mile.

The flat smelled very bad of drain, when we entered. The lady that escorted us in, told us about this, as soon as we entered the flat and asked what the bad smell was. It was however of no help, because we would not be able to find other accommodation at that short/immediate notice. Also the bed in the livingroom, is really bad, and the bedding did not look or smell clean.

The apartment is reasonably clean and no evident COVID protocols, such as temperature checks /sanitizing/ residence are in place other than a visible 'wearing a mask is compulsory' signage on the.entrance of the apartment block. I have, however, come across someone exiting the lift on two separate occasions not wearing mask... The apartment itself requires some maintenace. The bathroom blinds mechanism is weathered, the bed headboard and dining chairs required new upholstering, the washing machine had some masking tape around the edge of the front loader door and the 3rd drawer of the kitchen utensils isn't flush with the others... The stove had an oven without any oven proof dishes/ utensils...

Exceptional views of Table Mountain, beautiful waterways around the apartment block. Furniture in lounge needs updating. Book in proceedure was a havoc, total confusion, the attendant mixed up the guests booking in, rooms were not ready, it was already 4pm.

Property location and size was excellent, housekeeping could have been a little better but didn't impact on our stay, we all enjoyed the apartment especially the huge TV the children were delighted with so a big thumbs up from my family we will certainly visit again thank you Sheila Jackson

The property itself was really nice and security was great! I would have given excellent for the reviews but there was two issues that prevented me from giving an excellent rating. One was we stayed in apartment 306 and the living room furniture was runned down sinking in and very dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it and had to asked for sheets to cover them. The dining room chairs was cheap and also sinking in. The bedroom furniture was fine. The communication was terrible there was no one to check us in except we ran across the housekeeping ladies and were let in. I emailed them several times before my trip and asked about checking in not once received an email. I also called Orbitz to asked not much help there either.. I would stay here again only if I knew the furniture was clean and usable but not sure how that would be guaranteed as the communication is terrible.. They definitely need to change out the runned down dirty couches and replace the dining room chairs. Housekeeping did a great job those ladies worked hard for what they have to work with. Even their brooms and mops they were using needed to be replaced. Best of luck if you’re staying in apartment 306. Ms. Shupie the housekeeping ladies was excellent and did a great job! You can tell she takes pride in her work and care about the visitors staying there. The property was very quiet too which I liked.

Terrible Overall Experience and worst booking at Hotels.com so far. Waited almost 1 hour to check-in after 3pm with my pregnant wife & 2yr old son (Check-in staff not available). cockroaches in apartment and mosquito bites whole night, bedroom window does not close, No replacement toilet roll etc.. the list is too long to complain. Completely regret this booking at Knightsbridge Apartments

Check in was fast and without hassles. The apartment was clean but we found wet glasses and mugs in the cupboard, standing in their own drip downs. It is necessary to replace the basin sponge and kitchen cloth. The hair dryer is not working.

Expected air conditioning. Expected to see a view of the mountain from lounge furniture, or from any of the beds in the apartment. High wear and tare. No coffee press. No phone in apartment, No one on premises to assist. Security so, good that more than one key or card is necessary for a family, but no one available to get a new set. Probably OK if the apartment was new. However, no aircon was really bad when we were smoked out from a nearby fire, and could barely breathe. Gym equipment in poor condition. Orbitz should be verifying claims by luxury apartments.

The directions given to us was perfect with the details. We felt very safe as security was really tight even when walking at night around the canal. The room was clean and it was a nice surprise to have daily cleaning. The staff was really nice and helped us to set up the fold out bed for my daughter. The convince of the shopping center was perfect for us to get groceries to cook. My kids literally called this place home. So you will feel like home here. We will definitely look forward to coming to stay here again.
