The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. It has a very nice view of Table Mountain from the balcony/patio area. The location is also great because all the shops are a few minutes away. It's also very close to the mall, which closes at 9pm, which is great. The facilities are also good, with the 2 swimming pools and gym. I also really appreciated the security, we always had peace of mind. The host was very responsive and accomodating.
There is nothing we didnt particularly like. Everything was pleasant.

Has a stick vacuum
Washer dryer
Sofa was clean
You need your own cleaning supplies which your not told before arriving
You need dishwasher tablets, scourer, toilet bowl cleaner, better mop.
This is NOT a daily serviced apartment.
Fridge had a fishy smell
Toilets smelled like sewer on our arrival
No shower curtain.
Dishes are mismatched
Random plastic containers that someone did not need are left in the cupboards
Frying pan has seen better days
No bin packets except the one on day 1
No toiletries on arrival. Did supply after.
Refuse removal is by yourself to a far out place in the basement not properly marked.
Toilet was small
Would have been great if we were told some of this in advance so we could be better prepared
