First - the arrival. I arrived early, and the welcoming lady sped over from another unit to assist me. The unit was tidy, had all the amenities (plus more), and was very spacious. Something you hardly ever see nowadays at short-term stays is washing up liquid and sufficient tea and coffee (especially for a business traveller). This property had more than enough - from Sweetner to milk pods in the fridge. It also had pods for the washing machine and the dishwasher (neither of which I used, but that is a bonus for any traveller!). The towels in the bathroom was lovely as was the bedding. The entire place was very neat and a joy to stay! The view is stunning, and the location unbeatable. Fantastic value for money.

The apartment block lift closest to the unit didn't work, but that is NOT the fault of the property and only means when it's working you are closest to the lift (easy in & out).

Everything! The place is beautiful and the service being so outstanding makes it beyond that. Fay was amazing from the moment we booked. Communication was excellent and her care showed heart in her business. Absolutely amazing experience. We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful apartment.

Nothing to not like.

Location was very good and the apartment was comfortable.

There were a few stains on the sheets and bedding which I found not appealing.

The apartment, location, and view were great.

Despite being charged a cleaning fee, the room was quite dusty and the bedding and lounge throws did not seem fresh, with an unpleasant smell that affected our comfort. Additionally, the tea and coffee selection could be improved.
