Everything was amazing the warm pools, the hot tub the hosts all staff and the walking distance to canal walk was a huge plus.

The host Agnes. Her availability and friendliness. The apartment was clean and exactly as per the pictures provided. The check in and check out times were upheld and the apartment had everything we needed.
The pool wasn't clean nor the hot tub. The hot tub was disgusting actually. The steam room was off for most of the time. The instructions say to contact the security but no number is provided.

Agnus was lovely and friendly. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Netflix was included. Kitchen well stocked for cooking.

I liked the view and friendly staff, the unit was also spacious and beautiful
Smelly drainage, also this drainage is blocked which results into taking a shower a disaster as u end up taking a shower standing in a dam of water, I also don’t like the fact that they don’t offer shower caps
