The guards at the gate were friendly, also got a bottle of wine and I appreciate the gesture.
There was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom.

Great location, secure underground parking, 24/7 security, wifi, generator in the building so the lifts still worked in load shedding. friendly staff, good communication.
Lack of blinds in the bathrooms so very bright in the mornings, noise from the shopping center, due to the tiles apartment was echoey.
