Welcome to this comfortable studio apartment at Manhattan Towers in Century City. The open-plan space combines a living area, sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for a short Cape Town stay.
The living area is bright and simply furnished. The kitchen has modern appliances, cookware, dishes and a coffee maker. The private balcony overlooks the gardens and canals, a quiet spot for morning coffee.
Milnerton Beach is about 2.9 km away. You also have direct keycard access to Canal Walk, with over 400 stores, restaurants and entertainment, and no load-shedding.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment, including its private balcony, one designated parking bay and the building’s lush gardens. You have direct access to Canal Walk.
The building’s shared hot tub can be booked privately through lobby security for a fee of R200–R250. It has bathrooms and an outdoor seating area. The shared 13th-floor rooftop area includes braai facilities, a kitchen and relaxation areas. Use requires a refundable deposit of R500, arranged directly with security and returned when the area is left in the same condition as found.

You can walk directly to Canal Walk with your key card. Uber, Bolt and other e-hailing apps are easy to use. MyCiTi buses and other public transport are close to Island Club.

A valid driver’s licence is required for entry at security. Please provide a photo of your ID or passport before self check-in instructions can be sent.
