Agreed time to collect the keys was at 15:00, when we arrived at the apartment complex the person who was meant to hand over the key was not there.
The information sheet for the apartment stated that parking was included. When I asked how we should enter the parking area, I was informed that parking is not included. I followed up on this and was then told parking was indeed included. However, the token key we were given could not open the parking booms. We had to pay for our parking during our stay. This made a great stay leave a sour taste.

I think if a person communicates prior arrival of their time please make a plan for them to get the keys at the apartment especially if they are traveling frommfar by the time they to the city they are tired and running around looking for keys it's one last thing you want to stress about
