街の中心部にあり、買い物にも便利。 スタッフ（管理人さん）が親切。 管理人さんと、Whats Appでコミュニケーションが取れる。
エレベーターがないのは、到着日やハイキングから帰って来た日は辛い。（部屋は、実質、4.5階）入室するには、門（ゲート）、部屋がある建物、部屋と、3回、鍵を開ける必要があり、エレベーターもないことから、一旦、部屋に帰ると外出するのが面倒になる。
