Lovely, quite and spotless clean!

The apartment is located in the center of the city, which makes it super easy to access everything on foot! It's clean, quite and comfortable with a lovely garden in front! There are books, cutlery, board games and even disposable flip flops. The host have equipped the apartment with everything a guest might need! I totally recommend it! Many thanks to Marco for his warm hospitality :) He is very kind, social and helpful!

Idylle in Top Lage

Einfach Klasse!! Nur 5 min. zur Altstadt/ Fußgängerzone und trotzdem ruhige Lage ohne Verkehrslärm. Vollständig renoviert und sehr persönlich ausgestattet. Der Balkon mit dem kleinen Garten davor ist fast Idylle pur, wir haben die Pausen dort sehr genossen. Vermieter Marco hat ein offenes Ohr für jedes Problem. Seine Unterstützung um das Auto kostenfrei zu parken war perfekt.

Bad sehr klein, da muss man sich halt arrangieren.

Wir wurden vom Gastgeber empfangen. Er hat sogar vorab ein Video geschickt. Das wir einfach die Adresse finden. Gastgeber sehr nett. Es wurde uns alles erklärt. Sehr gute Lage.sehr sauber. 1 Flasche Wein und Wasser im Kühlschrank als Geschenk . Alles vorhanden, Kaffeemaschine, Tabs dazu sehr guter Kaffee. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Super zentrale Lage

Traumhaft schöne Zeit in Meran.

Vielen Dank an Marco. Er ist ein wirklich sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Vermieter. Er nimmt schon vor Ankunft Kontakt auf ( per Whats App) um sicherzustellen, dass man die Unterkunft problemlos findet. Bei Ankunft war Marco persönlich vor Ort, um uns die Schlüssel zu übergeben und uns alles Wichtige für unseren Aufenthalt mitzuteilen. Es ist ein sehr gemütliches Apartment. Super zentral gelegen, aber auch total ruhig um zwischendurch entspannen zu können. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Balkon und der kleine Garten sind einfach wundervoll. Wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Zeit in Meran.

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gegend bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt von dort aus gut erkunden können.

Die Lage war super. Bei Innenstadtlage sehr ruhig gelegen. Betten sehr gut, was uns wichtig ist. Küchenausstattung gut Der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Bäcker und Lebensmittel in der Nähe. Kleine Terrasse, die auch Eingang ist.

Kein Parkplatz, aber für kurzzeitiges parken war ein Parkplatz immer zur Verfügung. Öffentlicher kostenloser Parkplatz in circa 8 Minuten Gehzeit erreichbar vom Vermieter. Parkuhr Parkplätze ggf. ganz in der Nähe. Das Bad ist klein, aber okay.

Für 2 Personen perfekt, mit sehr schöner und ruhiger Lage

Zentrale und ruhige Lage mit eigenem Balkon Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang Gute Ausstattung und liebevolles Ambiente Schönes, modernes Badezimmer Gutes Bett im Schlafzimmer.

Für dritte und vierte Person leider nur eine Schlafcouch, die ok ist, es ist aber doch nur ein Behelf. Ein Korkenzieher und ein Küchenhandtuch würde die Ausstattung perfekt machen.

l'appartamento è un piccolo gioiello, incorniciato da un fresco giardino. Pur essendo nel pieno centro della città resta isolato e silenzioso. Curato nei minimi particolari, con tanti piccoli dettagli che lo rendono "casa" al punto che si fa fatica ad andar via. sicuramente un posto in cui tornare!

Für uns war es perfekt.

Man betritt die Unterkunft durch einen kleinen zauberhaften Garten, auf dem Balkon lässt es sich sogar in der Mittagshitze Schatten finden und ein Getränk mit Blick auf die blühenden Hortensien genießen. Die dicken Mauern des historischen Gebäudes halten die Räume auch bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Auch innen fehlt es an nichts, an alles wurde gedacht, gemütliche Betten und Kissen, kleine Hocker zum Abstellen der Koffer, Reiseführer, Spiele, Kaffee und die nötigsten Vorräte, genügend Geschirr, … Die Einrichtung mischt Modernes mit Vintage Akzenten und ist liebevoll gestaltet. Marco und seine Familie sind hilfsbereite, flexible und ortskundige Gastgeber. Die Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den Bahnhof erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.
