cozy room, central location, great value

fantastic location right next to the piazza, very easy walk to the beach and train, as well as tons of options for dining, pubs, cafes, and shopping. central to all sections of finale ligure with even the furthest points being 20min at most on foot. the room itself was very comfy and clean with great a/c (not always standard in euro hotels), plus an excellent little terrace in the back. the owners were super friendly and communication was a breeze. great value for the area and would definitely book again!

it's a 4th floor walkup, so be prepared to get your steps in. only other issue was the door lock system -- there are four separate, unmarked, keys that need to be used each time you enter and exit. coupled with the fact that there's only a single point of egress and one of the locks is old and quirky, i didn't feel great about what it would be like to get out of the building quickly in case of emergency. luckily it wasn't an issue during our stay and not at all a deal-breaker, but still a consideration.

La posizione della struttura, nel centro di Finale, in prossimità della piazza principale a pochi metri dal lungomare. Camera pulita, silenziosa, servizi indicati tutti presenti.

La mancata segnalazione che la struttura si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore di una palazzina d’epoca con una lunga scala a rampa unica decisamente di non facile accesso.

STruttura da non proporre al pubblico

nulla in particolare

3° piano senza ascensore- Scala ripida con gradini stretti. Assurdo non dichiararlo tra le caratteristiche della struttura. La struttura è nel centro storico non accessibile alle auto. Nulla è stato suggerito per trovare un parcheggio per l'automobile. Sono arrivato alle 23:30 e ho dovuto lasciare mia moglie sulla strada con i bagagli per andare a cercare un parcheggio custodito. E se fossi arrivato in struttura con mia madre ottantasettenne ??? C'era un distributore del sapone quasi vuoto e non funzionante. Non esistono armadi in camera ma solo un trespolo metallico che non si trova neanche all'IKEA. La stanza 20 mq ? Parliamone ! Il terrazzo ? Mai visto. C'era un balcone in una zona comune. Non fanno le pulizie in camera. Vergognatevi. Chiedo a Booking di esercitare maggior controllo sulle declaratorie delle strutture
