Great days at the Erasmo R & B

I have spent a great week at the Erasmo R & B going biking in Finale. The owners are very kind. The hotel is very nice, comfortable and familiar, so that I felt very welcomed from the beginning. The room was comfortable, very tidy and the matrass good. The breakfast is also good, indeed. Not only the fruits, joghurts etc., but also the typical Italian focaccia and coffee. The value for money is top. To the hotel belongs a very nice bar, a restaurant of good quality and a bikeshop (Oddone). They connected the rooms of bar, restaurant and shop in an interesting and comfortable way, so that it is a very nice and a bit unusual place to drink (Craft-) beer, wine or to eat. It was full every night it was open. I would definitly come again.

Exceptional

It was the perfect week in the center of Finale. The host were so heartily and animal-loving, that it was hard for us to leave. The bike store is very tasteful and the owner is very competent and helpful 💪🏽.

Lovely hotel with good location in Finale Ligure. Bikestore and bikecafe in downstairs. Easy to rent e-MTB bikes. Good breakfast.

Friendly B&B perfectly located in the middle of a small town next to the beach.

The Room was big, and very beautiful. The beds where very good and the bathroom was fine. The room was very quiet when you closed the windows. The breakfast was served in the bike shop downstairs, very unusual but it worked. The B&B was runned by a family and they where all very friendly and nice. The B&B was perfectly situated in the old part of the small city center with restaurants , bars and shops everywhere. It was very close to the beach and there where no traffic at all in the city center or near the beach.

It was difficult to find, just a tiny sign on a door. The door was looked and nobody answered our knocking for a few minutes. Next door is a bike shop, go in there and ask for help, because they also run the B&B. The B&B was on the third floor and no elevator.

Padrona di casa professionale, disponibile ed educata. Posizione centrale con tutti i servizi sotto casa, stanza pulita e ben arredata, letto comodissimo, colazione eccellente.

Het was fijn om hier te verblijven.

Ontbijt was erg goed. Iedere dag een verrassing erbij. De pancakes van giovanna waren heerlijk. Fijne locatie om hier vanuit de omgeving verder te ontdekken. Leuk in het centrum gelegen. Voldoende eet-en drinkgelegenheden, vermeldenswaard is het restaurant naast de b&b, gerund door de de familie. Heerlijk gegeten.

Это было одно из лучших мест пребывания в моей жизни во время путешествия. Было ощущение, что я приехала в гости к друзьям или родственникам, и они мне дали комнату в своем доме :-) Атмосфера была совершенно домашней - благодаря чудесной хозяйке Джованне, которая откликалась на все просьбы. B&B великолепно расположен на старинной улочке в самом сердце Финале Лигуре с пешим доступом к ж/д вокзалу и всем местным достопримечательностям; при этом окна выходили во внутренний дворик, из-за чего в комнате было тихо. Три минуты ходьбы до пляжа. Непередаваемая обстановка в B&B, где все очень стильно оформлено и продумано до мелочей - изысканная старинная посуда, с любовью украшенный и обустроенный холл - фотографии на сайте не передают всей красоты этого места! Просторная, оборудованная всем необходимым комната, включая чайник и посуду; свежий красивый ремонт. Все оборудование (кондиционер, душ, освещение) отлично функционировало. Супер-удобная широкая кровать и подушки, безупречная чистота. Вкусные и достаточные завтраки (dolce e salato), вкуснейший капуччино с шоколадом по утрам в чашках из старинного сервиза... Спасибо, дорогая Джованна!

(Не помешал бы маленький холодильник в комнате, но это не критично).

Finale Ligure, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

zu erreichen ist die Unterkunft nur zu Fuß, da in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone (zona traffico limitado). Aber das ist nicht tragisch, eine Straße weiter stehen kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung und man kann die Unterkunft schnell mit dem Gepäck erreichen und danach umparken. Wir haben in einem Parkhaus geparkt (Tagestarif 14€). Wenn man Glück hat bekommt man auch irgendwo einen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Straßenrand. Direkt vor der Tür der Unterkunft ist man in der Fußgängerzone mit vielen kleinen Läden und Restaurants. Und man muss die kleinen Gassen einfach lieben. Giovanna hat sich sehr gut gekümmert und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen oder Tipps. Im angrenzendem Bikeshop/Ciclosteria, wo es auch das Frühstück gibt, kann man sehr gut zu Abend essen. Probiert unbedingt "Zuppa di Giovanna" Die Lage: 2. Straße hinter dem Meer, im Bett hört man die Wellen rauschen. Unbedingt anschauen: Finalborgo (es fährt auch eine kleine Bimmelbahn dorthin) und Varigotti. Abenteuer: eine Fahrt mit der italienischen Eisenbahn nach Genova am Tag wo gestreikt wird.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: das Bett (die Matratze) war schon ein bisschen unbequem. Und bei einem Mann mit 2m Größe ein bisschen klein. Aber das ist jetzt schon meckern auf hohem Niveau.
