host is nice and helpful. Francesco gave us nice suggestion for the place to eat and to go the free beach at Finale Ligure. Nice apartment in the centre and near amenities, and sea promenade. Overall nice experience!

everything is fine only because of the proximity of the sea, the axial needs to be improved.

The room was good, everything was there. Comfortable bed, wardrobe. Clean bathroom. Super close to the sea, literally across the road. free towels. There are many shops and cafes nearby, in fact there are apartments in the city center.

The problems started with check-in, there were no instructions, the doors were closed, if there is no Internet or the ability to call/text a phone number, then it is very difficult to check in. I did not receive any breakfast for all 4 nights. Also, upon check-in, everything was explained in Italian; nothing was clear. You need to add more appliances to the kitchen, at least a little. Well, if there is no breakfast, then at least let there be coffee in the kitchen. There are not enough places in the room to dry things; I was very lucky that I lived almost alone.

The room was clean and ready at the check in time

We had beakfast included, 3 of them, but we received only two, they forgot to give us in one day those tickets. We received towels in the first day, and thats it, nobody changed those for 3 days, we don t even have a Spot to dry them. We don t had air condioned in the room, it was some kind of vent, but, you can t control that, or even to stop.

Finale Ligure is a charming town, and the appartment is right in the centre - close to Nice pedestrian Streets, Big square and the Beach. But still very quiet. Great beds. Included is one croissant and one cup of coffee for breakfast at local cafe

Our original room smelt very strongly of cigarettes even though it was a no smoking building. The 'private bathroom' wasn't en suite but was across the hall and shared with another room (luckily no one was there).

An amazing stay!

The breakfast was great, the apartment was being cleaned every day, the bathrooms were super clean, our stay was simply great! Coffee and tea for free + the travel cards that allowed us to travel by bus for free were a great addition. I would definitely come back.

Boa estrutura, porém difícil comunicação

Super limpo, cheiroso, tem cafeteira, frigobar, bom espaço, limpeza diária. Banheiro com secador, água quente. Localização bem no centro de finale marina, perto da praia e da área de bares restaurantes, guia de escalada.

Difícil comunicação. O apartamento é gerenciado pelo filho e a mãe entrega as chaves. Tentamos contato para checkin, houve demora para atender, disse que estava no médico. Depois tentamos contato para estender a estadia durante todo o dia e não houve resposta. No dia seguinte nos ligou dizendo que tínhamos que sair imediatamente e que não viu mensagem porque já estava dormindo, porém enviei mensagens pela manhã, tarde, no dia anterior e dia do checkout. Estávamos a 2h da cidade quando nos ligou e lhe disse que só conseguiríamos voltar pela noite. Quando voltamos a mãe nos aguardava estressada questionando sobre o checkout em italiano, sendo que a falha de comunicação ocorreu da parte dos proprietários. Em suma, a experiência é boa, porém o contato para checkin, checkout, extensão é desanimador.

La struttura è perfetta, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort.in un minuto si arriva alle spiagge; è posizionata in un budello silenzioso e centralissimo, e ha comunque doppi vetri e aria condizionata. I letti sono comodissimi, e lo staff molto gentile. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno eccezionale.

Ottima posizione, nonostante sia in centro la struttura è posizionata in una stradina tranquilla. Camera ben insonorizzata, in caso di musica nella piazza principale, chiudendo le finestre non si sente nulla. Il gestore gentile e disponibile.

Tres bon qualité/prix!

Personnel très sympa. Chambre simple mais fonctionnelle. Prix attractif et petit encas du matin offert sur la place principale. Emplacement dans l’hyper-centre et proche de la plage.

Lit a resort, on sent que ça a du vécu mais j’y ai finalement très bien dormi.
