Was really a perfect size and nice room and the location was perfect. The owner is very nice and helpful.

The noise, you can hear all your neighbors and the street sounds all night. Also, the shower is hard to get in and water is often very weak.

Great location by the beach

Fantastic location next to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

There are about 6 rooms total on the third floor which is up a very steep set of stairs (no elevator). If you have lots of luggage or have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you. Rooms are nicely decorated but are small, bathroom is nice but bring your own shampoo.

Close to centre of town and beach. Nice and spacious with a small balcony with a view. Kitchenette with basic facilities.

The shower is in an unusual place where you can't stand up in it. Really, it's bath only. Stairway access is challenging long and steep. There is no where to park bikes. This facility is really not suitable for bikers.

We had no place in room. The toilet is next to sofa, closed with plexiglass no sound insulation. Realy inconvenient narrow staircase. Not realy bike friendly. We had hard time to access the bikes at the time we want. You have to leave bikes over the main street on the petrol station. So you are limitet on the petrol open hours. Witch allso closes from 12pm to 3:30pm. Realy not good for us. From the main market a lot of sound. Not posible to have open windows to go to sleep. And a preasure in the showers is really bad. Really not bike friendly!!

The large, sunny terrace. Really friendly staff. It felt like a nice, old Italian building!

Shower was a little small and drainage wasn’t great. Other guests were noisy, but not the guesthouse’s fault.

Definitely stay again

Very real Italian room right in the heart of Finale Liguria. Clean, cool and quiet considering you step out onto the bustling street with the most beautiful patisserie opposite for all day food. A few meters down the street is the piazza with so many options for food and people watching. The beach is a minute away. Everywhere is walkable, even the train station if you want to explore more. Annalisa is a very friendly helpful hostess.

The rooms are up a lot of stairs but there is a stair lift fitted if you had mobility issues.

Cambiate tutti i materassi che fanno schifo

La posizione, perfettamente in centro e a due passi dal mare. La stanza, 15 m², minimal, ma con tutto. La cortesia dell host nel provare a risolvere i problemi, anche se nn c è riuscita

-Il prezzo. Troppo alto per la stanza che è. -Il fatto che solo dopo aver prenotato, hanno mandato mail dicendo che erano 3 scale a piedi, gradini di una volta alti 30 cm e che ci può essere odore di fogna. I materassi erano imbarazzanti!!!! Intanto paghi per un matrimoniale e sono due singoli. Uno dei due era sfondato e l'altro un po meno, ma sfondato anche lui. La host (gentilissima) c ha proposto un'altra stanza per dormire, apriamo la porta e c era una puzza di fogna insopportabile, il materasso decente, ma le reti a molla di 50 anni fa. Richiamiamo, ci da un'altra stanza, materasso della tortura da 7 cm, duro come il marmo e si sentivano persino le doghe della rete nella schiena. Imbarazzante!!!! Abbiamo girato il nostro mat. Singolo al contrario e abbiamo dormito ugualmente, ma ci siamo svegliati strosciati. Esperienza pessima. E noi siamo due persone semplicissime a cui va sempre bene tutto....fate voi

Posizione ottima, in pieno centro. Camera confortevole e pulita. Proprietaria davvero molto gentile e disponibile.

Unica pecca: manca ascensore e le scale sono molto ripide.

La posizione in pieno centro e anche vicina alla spiaggia L'accoglienza di Annalisa La camera, di piccola dimensione ma dotata di tutti i comfort di prima necessità (phon per capelli, aria condizionata, stendibiancheria, armadio spazioso, bagno spazioso, ecc..)

Posizione eccellente! Disponibiltà alla modifica degli orari di arrivo.

Alcuni piccoli particolari che potrebbe essere decisamente migliorati in termini di funzionalità, la doccietta non incastra correttamente, mi è caduta sui piedi!!!! La porta del bagno scorrevole fatta in modo artigianale, ha un binario completamente arrugginito, pur comprendendo che è artigianale basterebbe dargli una mani di vernice. Pochi particolari che sicuramente potrebbero migliorare il soggiorno.
