Albergo Natalina is an absolute gem! Its location, cleanliness, and the staff's kindess

Hotel Albergo Natalina was AMAZING! The hotel is located incredibly close to the beach - both public and private. Maria and the whole staff is incredibly kind and will do everything in their power to make your stay a positive experience. The walk from the train station is only about 10 to 15 minutes and leaves you in a very central location. If you have never been to Finale Ligure the deep blue color of the water will leave you stunned. The short walk to the beach takes you through the small town- treat yourself to some delicious focaccia, artisanal gelato, or a classic espresso on your way to the town's piazza. There is also a supermarket and pharmacy right next to the hotel which is very helpful. I cannot say enough positive things about my time at Albergo Natalina and the majesty of Finale Ligure! Every time I come to Italy I will go out of my way to visit Finale Ligure and stay at Albergo Natalina! dieci e lode! Grazie per tutto!

Nice hotel run by a welcoming and friendly couple

This is a small family run hotel situated very close to the centre of Finale Ligure. The hotel was clean and welcoming, whilst the owners were both friendly and helpful which made our stay more than just an average stay in an hotel. Breakfast is not included as such but the room which they used to use for this is open and they provide some basic items including coffee which you can access whenever you wish. This area also includes a large fridge in which you can leave any food/drinks you may have purchased. This area proved quite useful and gave the hotel a nice homely feel. The room was clean, the balcony was of a decent size and the free safe was appreciated. We would certainly use this hotel again if we ever came back to this area.

There is no air conditioning and the room was very hot at night (August) although the hotel did provide a large fan which helped a little.

great stay

the hostess is absolutely incredible, she goes above and beyond (ie. had a restaurant open early for us, dropped us at the station with her car so that our baby wouldn’t overheat). the hotel also has all facilities to make yourself a simple breakfast or dinner, which you can eat on your own terrace.

Welcoming and heartwarming owner family, fresh baked croissant for breakfast and very central location near the main square of Finale Ligures beach walk. Secure bike storage in a locked garage was available.

Lovely experience with Italian family run hotel.

Very cute place. A traditional Italian family run hotel. The owner Maria is very kind and caring she told me the hotel is now in the 3rd generation run by her family. I got upgrade too which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was pretty good, fresh pot of coffee, eggs, nice cheese, ham, toast etc plus a selection of lovely cakes Maria bakes herself. I took a slice of Coconut cake, very nice with coffee.i also sat on a little terrace outside. Its also very close to the sea side and restaurants, cafes etc. It was calm during the night but gets buzzing in the morning in the hotel. I would defiantly come back, Maria made me feel very welcomed.

If you want to have a lay in the morning, let Maria know in advance as they keep high standard of cleaning and clean all the rooms in the morning.

Very friendly owners

Not much privacy: the owner walked into the room to turn the heating on while we were there. 10 mins later his wife came in and wanted to do the same and then locked us in with her key 😏. After we went out for a run in the morning, again they have obviously been in the room for whatever reason... The breakfast was only average, except for the scrambled eggs, bread was not fresh

Man hat ein Dach über dem Kopf. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich.

Möglichkeit zum Fahrrad abstellen gegeben.

Reinigunskraft war nur drei Tage tätig, danach hatte Sie Urlaub. Zimmer wurde nicht täglich gereinigt, resp. das Bett gemacht, Müll geleert, Handtücher erneuert oder Seife nachgefüllt.

Ritornerò

Struttura usata solo una notte in tappa di trasferimento tra cantieri. Posto tranquillo, gestrice cordialissima (anche se impegnata in altra attività mi ha consentito il check in con molta sobrietà offredomi anche una birra per colmare la sua assenza). Struttura pulita anche fuori stagione.

Non credo sia loro disponibile la possibilità di avere posti per parcheggio comodi ma, camminando un pochino, verso il castello, si risolve anche questo.

Ощущаешь себя как-будто приехал к родственникам, хозяйка и персонал очень гостеприимные. Отель небольшой, в номере все очень аскетично, мебель конечно старая, но очень чисто, хочу это особо отметить. По всему отелю можно ходить босиком! Есть общая кухня, готовить там нет возможности, но разогреть и перекусить можно. Так же есть пляжные зонты.

Большой минус, отсутствие кондиционера. Есть вентилятор, но в жару от него мало пользы.

Soggiorno comodo ed easy con belle sorprese inattese.

L'albergo Natalina è una struttura semplice e senza grandi pretese, ma curata e molto pulita. Organizzati molto bene, se si avvisa prima si fa il check-in in modo semplice e veloce, anche se la reception non è sempre presidiata. Grande disponibilità da parte dei proprietari. Io avevo una singola, ma visto il periodo di bassa stagione e la disponibilità, la proprietaria mi ha dato una doppia uso singola. A un mio amico, che ha avuto un problema con la sua camera, l'hanno cambiata immediatamente dandogli un upgrade. Letti comodi. Spazi giusti. Le matrimoniali con balcone sono molto grandi e il balcone davvero carino. Arredi un po' "old style", ma infissi nuovi, tapparelle elettriche, nella mia camera bagno rifatto da poco. Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e dal mare. Grande disponibilità e cortesia da parte dei proprietari che gestiscono anche un ristorante in centro per il quale si ha uno sconto.

Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft zu einem wirklich gutem Preis. Das Check-In war einfach und die Gastgeberin und ihre äußerst netten Mädchen waren sehr freundlich. Sehr nahe an der Altstadt und dem Meer.

Praticamente come a casa!

Sono stata con un’amica 3 notti in questo albergo, ci siamo trovate benissimo, in centro a Finale, vicino alla stazione e alle spiagge. Maria è stata molto carina e disponibile. Siamo state molto bene anche nel ristorante ‘Via Roma’ della stessa proprietà. Consigliamo vivamente entrambi. Grazie a Maria, Marco e Pinuccia per la deliziosa accoglienza e cortesia.

deludente e troppo caro

Purtroppo devo dare una recensione non positiva a causa della persona in reception, non è adatta per quella posizione. maleducata e arrogante, mi spiace per i proprietari ma non è certo un buon biglietto da visita. Le camere non dispongono di aria condizionata, nonostante la tariffa molto alta e non è certo un tre stelle come scritto.

Pessimo, ci siamo trovate malissimo

Pulizia e titolare gentile

Purtroppo devo fare una recensione molto negativa, nonostante la gentilezza della titolare perché abbiamo trascorso in questo albergo due notti da incubo. La camera non aveva aria condizionata e considerato l'elevata temperatura abbiamo cercato di respirare con un ventolino rumoroso che insieme al materasso scomodo e rigido e alle numerose zanzare, ci ha tenute sveglie nelle notti che dovevano essere di riposo e relax. Si è poi aggiunto il rumore notturno delle auto della via parallela all'albergo. Altro problema, la doccia senza acqua calda, solo l'ultima sera è arrivata. Le tende che sono state rotte, (cosi ci ha spiegato la proprietaria) potevano essere sostituite con quelle delle altre camere, visto che l'albergo era vuoto. Siamo tornate a casa stanche e con il male di schiena. Vorrei anche precisare che secondo la mia opinione è un'affittacamere e non albergo. In due giorni alla reception non c'era mai nessuno, dovevamo chiamare al telefono se avevamo bisogno. Il fatto che sia un due stelle non giustifica tutte queste mancanze, inoltre il prezzo pagato era da tre stelle. Mi spiace ma lo sconsiglio vivamente.
