Joy in Finale, beautiful place, very nice staff.

Everything , the hotel is location was perfect and one could sleep listening to the waves.

All was so good, there wasn’t a thing that was bad.

The free parling was 1k away from the hotel and the garage cost around 25 Euro. The funny thing is at the reservation the free parking said to be near!

The hotel personnel is really friendly, attentive and professional. The hotel is located right in front of the sea. And the city is just behind the hotel.

There isn't anything specific that i didn't like. I stayed there also in Feb 4th 2023 and they were very nice with me. I think one would have to be really picky to find big defaults or misses in this hotel

Ok, 975€ for 3 night was too expensive.

The location is great. We had a room with sea view. The beach is just on the other side of the street.

Breakfast was poor. Hotel beach was fully booked and we only could get two sunbeds for one day without umbrella for 50€. Furniture in the room are old and worn. Bathroom was also poor, but at least clean. No hotel pool.

The views are absolutely amazing. As pictured in the photos and better.

The room was clean and maintained well but needs updating. We tried to make an appointment at the spa but at 5:30 pm there was no one there. It has a separate entrance from the street and the spa is only open til 6 and closed on Sundays.

Overprized! It was not possible to close the curtains in the room. The floor wasn't clean when we arrived. Scary elevator 😬😟

For a 4 star hotel, no tea making services in the best room we had booked even.

Prior warning about the parking. Abonible uf you own a car bigger than a fiat. Road parking an extra £30.00 for 2 nights!!!!

The location is excellent. The staff are wonderful and attentive

Parking is a problem so note on arrival you’ll have to unload your luggage, obtain the address for the car park behind the castle on the hill and then walk back down to the hotel.
