Superb

We really loved the staff. It's composed of people of all ages, but all of them very motivated and very hospitable. Also the animation for kids is super, never seen so much effort put in animation as it was done over here...Swimming pool is very nice (finally could dive), restaurant is also top and last but not least the shuttle bus...the driver needs to get a medal (grazie mille signore!)

Die Lage vom Hotel und Animation

Das Hotel schreibt, dass es einen privaten Strand hat, erwähnt aber überhaupt nicht, dass der Zugang nur mit einer Liegestuhl-Reservierung möglich ist. Sie haben uns den Zugang zum privaten Strand komplett verweigert, wenn wir keine Liegestühle im Voraus reservieren, und zwangen uns, 4 Liegestühle und 2 Sonnenschirme zu buchen, mit der Begründung, dass wir 3 Kinder dabei hätten, und verlangten 72 Euro pro Tag. Dabei hatte man mir bei der Buchung gesagt, ich solle 2 Liegestühle und 1 Sonnenschirm für 36 Euro reservieren, aber am Strand haben sie das nicht akzeptiert und uns gezwungen, 4 Liegestühle und 2 Sonnenschirme zu nehmen, von denen wir letztlich nur 2 Liegestühle und 1 Sonnenschirm benutzt haben. Ein weiterer Punkt: Das Hotel hat nicht klar gemacht, dass der Pool sehr tief ist und nur für Schwimmer geeignet ist. Leider konnten weder ich noch meine Frau oder die Kinder den Pool wegen der großen Tiefe benutzen. Außerdem ist die Zimmerreinigung sehr schlecht und wird nur einmal bei der Ankunft durchgeführt. Und noch ein Punkt: Der Check-in war sehr schlecht, sehr langsam und hat viel zu lange gedauert.

Bella struttura, ma parecchi difetti

Piscina grande e con bella esposizione al sole. Struttura in ordine, complessivamente gradevole e adatta a bambini e ragazzi per la possibilità di muoversi in autonomia.

Un'ora e mezza di ritardo per consegnare l'appartamento (l'orario di ingresso ufficiale sarebbero le 16:00, già piuttosto tardi), senza neanche domandare scusa. Animazione poco coinvolgente per i bambini e meno ancora per adolescenti e adulti. Posizione un po' in mezzo al nulla: per andare al mare o in paese a Finale sono 20/25 minuti a piedi, mentre la navetta del residence passa una sola volta all'ora, limitando le possibilità di movimento. Rapporto qualità prezzo insoddisfacente.

Okej budget alternativ för flerbarnsfamilj.

Jag tyckte om att det låg fint i dalen mellan bergen. Utsikten var fin.Bra pool och poolvakter.

Dålig standard på rummen och inte så välstädat. Dåligt WiFi och dålig AC. Tyvärr också lite för mkt och hög musik på kvällarna. Trevligt ibland men inte varje kväll och inte så sent.

Gezellige en fijne camping!

Gezellige sfeer, kleine camping maar alles goed geregeld. Je kunt met je bandje betalen zowel op de camping als op het strand. Je hebt een shuttlebus die je naar de stad of naar het strand brengt wat ideaal is. Appartement was heel fijn. Fijn hard bed en schoon. Wij hebben een paar dagen bijgeboekt!

Soggiorno piacevolissimo immersi nel verde!

Abbiamo trascorso due notti presso il villaggio, conosciamo ormai bene Finale Ligure e sapevamo di non trovarci in centro, ma comunque a pochi minuti di auto, immersi nel verde. Abbiamo soggiornato in due appartamentini (la nostra famiglia e quella dei nostri amici), la piscina è bella grande. Pensavamo ci fosse solo la possibilità della colazione a 14 euro a testa (così si leggeva su booking), invece siamo rimasti piacevolemente sorpresi del bar a bordo picina presso il quale fare colazione a prezzi normali. I letti erano comodi, il personale gentile.

Non farei posteggiare i camper all'entrata del villaggio ostruendo o comunque rendendo poco agevole il passaggio per le auto che devono raggiungere il posteggio assegnato.
