Great owner. Great value

The owner was as nice as can be. Genius person and very helpful. Gave us a ride to Finalborgo when no taxis available. I will go back due to the owners.

They felt really bad about it but ultimately the AC was making a loud noise that developed after hours and completely disrupted our sleep all night. No offer of compensation for the trouble but I know they felt bad. They made up for it with service.

Nice panoramic stay close to the seaside

Excellent position just a few minutes from the seaside. Beautiful terrace for panoramic breakfasts. Parking. Comfortable rooms. Smiling staff, which is not always assured in regions like Liguria 😄. Nice breakfast.

Just the curtain in our room. It didn’t go completely down, so we slept with some light. Maybe a little expensive for a 3 stars hotel , even if we were in July (260/night is quite a lot)

Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast

We had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from our balcony and from the breakfast patio. Everything was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, eggs, muesli, yogurt, sandwich fixings and made-to-order coffee. We had some trouble figuring out the air conditioner in our room but then it worked great after a simple lesson from the owners. The family of owners are amazingly wonderful: they picked us up and took us back to the train station; they gave us a free bus voucher to use for the region; they gave us excellent advice about restaurants and hikes; and they showed us the shortcut to walk back and forth (~5 min) to town. They are each so kind and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Finale Ligure is a fun city with a festive atmosphere with live free music at night and many restaurants and cafes. We had a delightful stay.

The staff is amazing. Amazing hospitality.

AC in the room is towards the bed, if you turn it ON it blows at you, you can't sleep, you turn it OFF and 1 hour later you can't breathe in the room, it is so small that gets hot too quickly. Also, the pillows are uncomfortable, my neck was hurting, and they are too big. You can hear your neighbors like they are in the same room, I mean you could hear how they snore or whisper even.

Lovely hotel with friendly staf and a beautiful view!

Beautiful hotel, very kind and helpfull staff and a delicious breakfast with sea view! We had an enjoyable stay. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the centre a 10 min walk. The surroundings are beautiful, nice to go for a hike. We recommend a room with seaview.

Friendly staff and all round great stay !

Very friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean for two people with three dogs. Excellent breakfast :-) There was parking on site which was payable but cheaper than nearby public parking. We’d definitely stay there again

Bad Cost/performance ratio

- The room was clean - The personal was friendly and helpful - We‘ve got the room we wanted - Covid-rules applied

- Parking-space very small, unsuitable if you don‘t have a small italian car, too expensive (15€/day) - We expected more for this prize (similar hotel/bnb in the area cheaper and nicer) - You hear every noise of your room-neighbours

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil exceptionnel, chaleureux, la gentillesse de tout le personnel qui s'exprime très bien en français ou en anglais et qui nous a bien expliqué les raccourcis pour aller à la plage et dans le centre. L'hôtel assez calme, la chambre confortable avec espace de rangement, literie agréable et matelas très ferme. L'internet est rapide et fonctionne très bien. Beau balcon avec vue sur mer, deux chaises, une table assez grande pour que 2 personnes y mangent, il y a même une petite corde et des épingles pour sécher le linge. Et que dire du petit déjeuner: choix incroyable et tout était absolument délicieux!

L'ajout d'un petit frigo dans la chambre rendrait le séjour encore plus agréable. Petit bémol: bien qu'elles étaient fraichement lavées de toute évidence, il y avait des taches incrustées sur certaines des serviettes.

Una buffa coppia di coniugi in vacanza.

La struttura è ben arredata con particolari che la rendono proprio simile a una casa. Colazione varia abbondante e veramente buona. Il valore aggiunto di questo hotel che abbiamo visitato per la seconda volta è sicuramente la famiglia che lo gestisce con puntualità e gentilezza e un piacevolissimo calore umano.
