Never coming back here!!!!!!!

Nothing!!!

The bed was not comfortable, the room was very small, the air conditioner barely worked and the staff was very, very rude, we told them to pay from the beginning and they told us to do it when we left, the next day we wanted to check out and we waited 2 times at the reception but no one was there, so we left to eat because the restaurants were closing in 1 hour, in the meantime we called them several times to say that we were leaving the hotel and asked them where we could pay because there was no receptionist, they told us that the reception would close in 30 minutes and if we left after 11 o'clock they would call the police... we politely asked them to wait until we had eaten and we would immediately pay but they still insisted that they would call the police so we left the restaurant and we were left without eating because the restaurant was closed. just because they were threatening us... we asked them several times before the opening hours and they were NOT AT THE RECEPTION!! very very bad people!! I will never go back to villa gina!!!

Great location and value for money.

The staff were friendly and super helpful throughout our stay. We were even treated to a discount as we were honeymooners! Lovely little surprise as we left. Hotel is in a good location to access both beach, town centre and old town. We also made use of their onsite parking.

The hotel is very close to the train line, so be prepared for the noise from the trains. Not so bad when the room windows etc are closed. As we were there out of season, the aircon in our room had been turned off, so it was a little warm.

Room was fine, although a bit noisy due to an probably older fridge, towels were mwahh and breakfast location was nice as it was outside, nonetheless the breakfast itself was very very basic!

Exceeds expectations and looks better than the photos here

Perfect location: it's less than a 5-minute walk from the beach and the center of Finale, and only a 10 or 15-minute walk from the historic Finalborgo. The hotel itself looks better than it does in the photos, and it was very clean. We went there as a couple, but it seemed perfect for families, with a large kid's playroom and a safe fenced-in garden. Parking was also effortless: it costs extra, but it was so simple and saved us the headache of finding a parking spot in town, which anyone familiar with Liguria knows is a huge relief. The breakfast had a great variety, and the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and personable. We live nearby in Torino, and we'll definitely go back here this summer.

The extra fee for parking is the same as the cost at any parking garage in town (10 euros), but, for the price of the room, it's a little absurd that it isn't just included in the price. It's by no means a luxury hotel and the views aren't so good (we had a view of the train rails...), so included parking seems like a good business decision for this place in my opinion.

Great option for a weekend in Finale!

Hotel is in a great location just behind Finale Ligure train station and a short walk away from the beach front with all its shops, bars and restaurants. It's also located right on the main road to Finalborgo and to most of the mountain bike shuttle spots (ie. Finale Bikers and Outdoor base, ca 5-10 minute bike ride). We stayed at the hotel for a biking weekend and the property offers all you need for that, incl. bike storage and bike wash. The owners and staff were very friendly during our stay and there were no complaints. We had booked two single rooms and that was all we needed (bed and shower/toilet). The hotel also offers parking right next to the property.

Due to its location close to the train station and the main roads there can be a bit of noise during the night if the window is open. While the single rooms were perfect for what we needed, they were rather small.

The location is perfect for biking, hiking, and wandering around the city. The hosts were amazing. Very helpful with local recommendations and even made reservations for dinners. We cannot say enough positive things about Villa Gina!

the position is good as it is close to the centre , the sea as well as finalborgo. it is very clean

it is very noisy. you can hear all trains coming to finale. no acoustic isolation in the rooms, you hear every noise, voices, doors slamming until late

First Time in Finale - we will come back :)

the Location was perfect, we went to the beach every evening! the staff was super friendly and we felt very welcomed. we were really happy about the Storage room for our bikes and the separate parking spot next to the accommodation. we were happy to use the finale for you card and got perfect support for our bike adventures. we‘re looking forward to come back.

Disappointing

The english speaking host was good.

It is not really a 3 star. The family room was very small. More or less clean. There is only one person who speaks english. We had to even buy drinking water. The room was not comfortable. We had no idea that the beaches needs to be booked in advance. We expected this kind of information from the hotel obviously.

Very good personal. They help you with everything. Close to the beach (5 min walking) and also to final borgo (20min walking) Good sweet breakfast and the option to eat in the morning sun. Nice old building. Options for children for indoor playing.

It was a good experience, I will definately book again.

The Owners and Staff were exceptional. I had a few minor issue's but resolved except for taxi, I paid him to pick me back up but when I called they said no English. I had to order another Very close to train station. The food and recommendations were wonderful. I loved the breakfast.

I need a blanket to sleep with no matter how hot.
